It actually never damages any vehicle. I've been doing it this way on every vehicle for seventeen years. There is no need to do it your way when this way works. Plus, the DIY person isn't going to find your tool at Home Depot. My videos are to help those trying not to pay us. Stupid, right? Except UA-camr pays me. I have thousands of unlock videos. Once you have thousands of videos, then we can talk again, but who is going to watch them? The person at home or the guy who just started doing roadside? Neither, because only a locksmith who thinks his tool is the only way is going to tune in. It's not a great way to make money on UA-cam. Plus, man, by the time you've gotten that tool out, I would be done unlocking the car and on to the next call.
