    Mannnnn. I'm 21 years old and after this workout i realized that i have a 70 year old body 😓😂 my legs and arms were shaking the whole time. but thanks guys for sharing this i'm gonna keep coming back stronger 😎👍🏼👍🏼 this workout is great

      Well, I am 70 and other than the ones that I couldn't do because I'm facing shoulder replacements, I got thru them, so don't worry, hon....keep at it and you will someday have the strength of a 70 yo woman ;)

    I like that it's slow - really helps you focus on form and pushing yourself beyond what you think you can do since you have more time to listen to your body (if that makes sense)

      I workout to build strength and endurance and not to loose wait so these workouts are my favourite! Love the format of them as well!

    I keep coming back to THIS workout. The exercises are simple but very effective. In 20 minutes nearly every muscle group has been hit. Plus, the music and pace are slower and I'm not frantically trying to keep up. The music is uplifting and motivates me to keep going. I'm in my 40s, and feel like this is a good challenge yet easy on my joints. If ever a workout had EVERYTHING, it's this one. Thanks Juice and Toya. See ya tomorrow!

    wow i love how everyone is here for the 4 week challenge! this challenge was honestly the only reason i worked out today, it didnt feel right starting the 4 week challenge by skipping the first day haha loved it!!

    I appreciate the format. Basically, here we are, here's what we want, here's what we're gonna do, then boom we're off. No goofy motivation, no extra words, just keep up and keep tension. Great workout. One of my favorites. Can be done anywhere

    Just started the Jan 22 challenge, and feeling great after finishing this! I'm a regular exerciser to your videos, but I've signed up for the challenge upon request from my husband as he wants to get into a consistent workout routine so I'm doing this with him for support (we are here for the workouts and good vibes, will leave the prizes for other people!) He is quite tired after completing this but feeling good, will see how he fairs tomorrow! Thank you for doing these videos, and congrats on your engagement!! ❤

    Since week 2, I’ve definitely seen a increase in strength. First time I did this I was 75% using the modification workout, but now it’s more like 40%!! 💪🏽

    I’m doing these for 4 weeks and these are the results:
    1st day: pretty hard, had to make the exercise easier some times. Felt like a god after it!
    2nd day: second time doing it felt a bit easier as I done a warm up on your channel before doing this. Felt good!
    3rd day: got a knee injury at football. Massaged myself to feel better but I completed this workout like usual.
    4th day: felt good got a bit more motivated
    5th day: actually didn’t sruggle!
    I’ll keep you updated!

    So, I’m skinny fat and because of my eating issues, it’s really hard for me to build those muscles and a toned body. I’ve been recovering really successfully for almost two months !!!!!!!       Back at it! Week 4, Day 3! I definitely felt stronger in my upper body (which I'm working on), but those push ups get me. I will continue to do a mix of the modified push ups when needed.

    The fact that you guys specify the workout format in the beginning is MY biggest motivator to get thru the workout & makes it make sense, which makes it very understandable & better to distinguish the endurance part. I find a lot of previous workout from other creators just go straight into it without explaining anything & I'm just there like wait what as they're counting reps lol

    I really liked this "time under tension" workout a lot! On the other hand, I had recovered from the workout by stretching to relieve certain tensions or soreness off my muscles.

    What a great workout! Packs so much into just 20 min.! The 20 sec holds are a such a great way to push the tension to the muscles' max!

    Week 2 day 1 ✅. That workout was 🔥, used some weights and resistance bands to make it even more intense...my whole body is sore...made sure to do a LONG full body cool down stretch afterwards 😉. Felt so good now let’s go conquer the day 💪🏼

    Week 4 Day 1- In the books. I am super tired and last night and this morning have been pure crazy for me. But I am here. I pushed hard to be here today! I worked through every move with what I had. I am now 65 minutes into working out for today and have another 20 minutes to go. Lets get it. I didn't get this far to give up now!

    Week 2 Day 1.. I recovered from this workout with a healthy high protein breakfast. (Egg whites, spinach, portabella mushrooms 2 thin multigrain rice cakes, 1 laughing cow light cheese wedge and 3 Jones chicken sausage links! Delicious and packed full of protein. Also started drinking my water trying to do 128 ounces a day! Thanks for the great workout!

    I am what the community would call a complete beginner, and this is my review:
    Day 1: i did all the modified versions. I managed to actually FINISH the workout, was extremely sweaty and my muscles were very sore 3 days after
    Day 2: rested
    Day 3: same workout, it got a little bit easier or more familiar, sweat ✓ but no sore muscles after
    Day 4: rested
    Day 5: did it again, this time i felt i could do the movements with better form l, i even attempted to hold SOME. Of the poses in the original form.
    This is the first beginner exercice i really loved and did multiple time. Thank you both for the effort, the nice music and the positive attitude 🙏🙆❤️👏

    Wonderful workout and I just love the style of the video with the preview of the move, the timer, and just music. I hate videos with people barking at me to push harder and this one was just PERFECT! I could focus and just work hard!

    For the Superman style exercises, what alternatives are there -- if it's not possible to lay on your stomach? Loved this workout immensely!

    I'm out of shape but so greatful for this. The planks were the hardest. Couldn't lift my body off the ground as well as the side exercise. Let's get it. Got my sweat going on & heart rate up. 👏🏾

    Day 1 Week 2. Just the last two exercises. I couldn't quite complete. Great stuff. I exercise on an empty stomach in the mornings. I will have lunch in 2.5 hours. I look forward to tomorrow mornings session. Thanks guys

    This workout’s challenging especially with the iso holds but achievable and being slow and controlled helped me focus more on form instead of just reps. Good stuff Juice and Toya!
