Your running the wrong loads u need to try to run 500 to 600 mile loads pick up one day drop the next to gross more and bring home more each weak and working for a Russian you should at least be getting 85 percent of the load and always ask for your rate confirmation sheet
I agree but sometimes they pay you 80% and they collect 20% which is still good. But the number one thing always get that rate con sent to your gmail account. And make sure there's no balloon payment on a lease buyout for a 48 month term.
Don't take sh** off the top!! Thats THEY cost of doing business if factoring. Drivers bow down to these companies. Gotta keep those chicago companies in check. I keep my foot on the next of wherever im leased to!!
I feel like you’re talking to a wall telling them to lower prices and go up on pay. I have yet to see a foreign run company, that will actually listen to their drivers. But it’s good that you’re getting recognition, now since they’re doing better because of your videos, tell them to cut the check for all the free the advertising that you’ve been doing and pay you heavily for the referrals.💪🏾💯
As a vet in the Game you letting them make you think you need miles miles miles. I never go to the west coast too many miles and the price of fuel is ridiculous, you can do the less amount of miles less fuel going back and fourth to the northeast, that’s the major port, as a solo driver you should never run cross country because that’s team freight it don’t pay, waste of time
East to West rates are a mixed bag. Usually low rates with an occasional unicorn load. Unless you have the contacts. West to East is much better. Running coast to coast can be a blessing, or a curse. Depending on the market.
When you lease a truck from the company u work for their a camera in the dashboard so that how their lying to u they watch everything u do , get your own authority and truck if you want freedom.
All companies watch employees social media that's why people have to watch what they say. Although people/haters do run their mouth. No one necessarily have to tell. They are watching. Are you getting your referral bonuses?
This the “slow season” and the rates are jacked up across the board. Hard time to lease…. Never mind that check was in November I see. Yeah something was off
You shouldn’t have to drive any more than 2600 miles and pull at least 2500$ on the settlement. And that’s not the best week. But it seems more like your loads are shit more than the money they are taking out. I can show you my settlements, and I make that still paying an extra 750 in escrows.
If you jacking the plug you taking quick profit at the cost of long term stability... By shorting your drivers you increase your overturn rate and decrease your retention rate... Then having to spend more money to recruit more drivers only to replace those your losing if you retain drivers... They will promote you bringing in more drivers... More drivers equals more money... Over the long term... Sounds like good business to me
I understand you not liking them going up on the trailer rent but at the same time you can tell them you need a couple hundred each time you agree to a load.
Just a quick question. The load that was 2500 miles, this was the one you had to make 2 truck payments when you took 9 days off? If you add that 1440 to what you got paid, wouldn't that be about the expected amount?
My truck payments and trailers never goes up I pay percentage each month always stays same it’s locked in year round no matter what my truck payment only 825 a week and trailer fee included in their percentage and never goes up
You picking your own loads ? If so you got to find the hot markets . It may have been poor loads to get you home . Especially all the way to California. Most lease purchase companies won't even hire LP drivers because of that stupid law Cali passed.

That's a lot of fees. $1400 plus about $1k per week for fuel.
How much are you grossing per week after truck payment and fuel and taxes?

Fuck em both too many miles damn near never enough pay. I run from north to south, east coast for a bag.

I'm leased to a Chicago company but they don't have cameras in there trucks that's only for company drivers at mega carriers.
Gotta hold them to the right price per mile. If your truck grossed at least 7k considering what u showed us, you should be satisfied with the return.
I hope all is well with you now ❤

That's great!! Cause I'm sure haters was callin
They should be paying you for blowing their company up. . You’re basically giving them free advertising and they making the bag.
