$40K-$50K in maintenance and he paid $35K for the truck, so that’s $85K in total. He could have gotten a 2020-2021 Freightliner for that price and you wouldn’t have to worry about dumbing $50K in maintenance. Hummmm….
Which is how I look at it.. When it comes to semi trucks I can’t make it make sense of buying used… Folks dog these trucks & the roads don’t help either
Thank you Peter A is my dispatcher sometime of loads are good sometimes they are mediocre. But that's the market right now I've been driving 26 years so I've been around. Lol and just like you I started my LLC and recently I just started my S Corp. It's all about making those power moves you feel me
@muffpaid6955 I got the 2023 International LT the truck is good I just prefer a stick shift compared to an (AUTOMATIC) not a fan of them I'm old-school LOL. But like you said in your other videos the deductions are crazy and you have to get some decent loads to pay for everything and by me living in Arizona I can get a lot of produce that run back to the East Coast most of the time.
@@muffpaid6955 I’m relocating to Houston because I’m from Tennessee and ain’t shit here but idk what carriers pay good in the container side of things. I would come to Cali or would you say that high cost of living is ridiculous out there ?
@@imSincerePromise Texas has some good paying trucking jobs plus it’s more parking. California prices not bad for a trucker but the laws are ridiculous, they hate us
