Great video, you forgot to mention the 34715 Clermont/minneola. The views from these hills are amazing. There’s a Publix almost everywhere you turn(I still think we need more). Can’t wait for wellness way 🙏🏽. Can’t wait for dream finders to build in the hills of minneola, so you can make an update video for the Hills of minneola.
I left it out due to 34715 being primarily Minneola. Very few Clermont neighborhoods hold that zip but the views are amazing!

You haven’t mentioned the school differences.
