There seems to be a pattern that the workouts get a lot of upvotes, but the Sunday stretches are often way behind. These short sessions are so important to just loosen up after the week! Those folks are missing out! Balanced training --> total body fitness. You need strength, cardio, and flexibility! Trust the trainer (from someone who resisted yoga and flex for years!)
I am feeling so loose (like a goose) 😜. Great stretch day with Coach SC! Never a boring day with Coach SC. I feel like I am my better self everyday when I turn on UA-cam for a kickass workout 🏋🏽♀️
Been having tension headaches and migraines so I decided for a proper stretching session. My neck (back of the neck especially) was screaming doing a lot of these moves. My back and spine loved them tho 😂❤

I carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders, also being tall (6.3) I constantly lean forward to hear what others are saying :) this was great stretch! feeling much better now!

I’ve done so many hours of driving the last few days….this felt amaaaaazing🔥🔥🔥🔥I should also add, my husband was doing this with me, and during the one wide arm stretch, he said something about feeling like a wolf spider, just seconds before Sydney said something about it looking like a spider. How does she know?!? 😳🤔🤣

My arms and shoulders were shaking after Momentum day 2. This was the perfect stretch to calm those muscles down.
