Hello Sydney 🍁 Thank you for a magnificent 20 minutes of stretching~ Mentally~ Emotionally~ Physically I feel fantastic~ This has taken pressure of my lower back as I have spinal stenosis~ degenerative arthritis~ My physical therapist might have to be replaced..The weather here in New Jersey is a warm ~ cool~ sunny day 65 ~ wonderful stretch session I'm new to your channel~ Thank you very much for helping me~ Sincerely Tee Jay 🍁🌻

I don’t know what it is, but my lower back and right hip hurt on a regular. Stretching helps a bit, but I think something is wrong! Thanks Sydney for all you do!💪🏾👍🏾👊🏾🏋🏾♀️
