Wow. You can change direction so effortlessly.
The T-stop at 1:08 is my favourite; it ends in a ... like ".... squeakkkkkkk... !...".(Hurrah 😊 postured like a Tower of Pisa )". I like that ~
Same technic as roller dancing for skating front to back and back to front - keeping looking in the direction you are turning.
Я 20 летняя девушка из России.Делаю первые шаги в фигурном катании.Ваши старые уроки очень помогают.Спасибо!
Whee -- this is almost identical to the pattern I've fallen into practising inspired by the ISI 7-step sequence you taught a few weeks back. I just haven't been doing the slide, so I'll have to try adding that in. My lobes are a lot slower and smaller because I'm only starting to finally get any confidence in my FI C-steps at all but I'm finally getting the rhythm more steady instead of counting one, two.... three-four.... five! I really like serpentine patterns because then I can still practise them going around the rink (fudging the corners a bit) if I have to be at a busy public session where there's no room to practice on a circle.
Coach Julia, did you ever post the video of the harlick factory tour?
Спасибо за урок❤ Может показаться, что все так просто, пока сам не попробуешь! 😊

I feel like I’m “stomping” my mohawks. What can help with that?
For me, when I land with a stomp it's because my feet are too far apart and/or my knees aren't bent enough, so I'm kind of falling onto the new foot instead of doing a controlled step. My coach makes me step into my instep, close as I can get, to keep my feet right under me. And she's always telling me to bend my knees more 🤣 though I also try to do that anyway or I can't get any kind of turnout.
