    Yeah that GlasStar pilot also deserved some kind of award! I was 80 miles away in my S-7, coming back from near the Canadian border, on a 5 hour non stop flight, when that gust front almost got me, just 20 minutes from my strip, I got down in only 20 mph winds, got it tied down just before it got REAL windy. It was a real quick moving SOB!

    What supercharger do you have on your plane? Is it a Forced Areomotive Technologies STC? If you're not getting good climb you may want to have that looked at. I had the FAT on my Cessna 182Q it was amazing, however it did have a small problem that manifested it's self in reduced power / Climb, once that was repaired by Rod Sage our of Denver it was a rocket ship.

      I can climb, but the engine gets too hot, so I have to pull the power back.

      @@John_McCardle well in my experience that's pointing to something not being right. I'd have that checked out for sure.

      @@HookedOnUtah It's in annual right now seeing if we can do something about it. The issue is with the turbo it makes the engine run hotter than most.
