Guitar Lesson: Life's Been Good (Joe Walsh)

Possibly Joe Walsh's most well-known song - certainly one of them. This one has a typical Joe Walsh beginning. It's easy note-wise, but hard to get the feel and tone. I go through the whole introduction to this.
NOTE: He has a slide guitar part ... I play that part, but using my fingers instead of the slide. For me this works best when I play live as the only guitarist.

I would like to add, although slide is there in the studio version, there is plenty of footage of Joe Walsh/ The Eagles playing this without slide, certainly no slide used when played in the Hell Freezes over or Farewell One tour DVDs. The reason I mention this is because some keyboard warriors were getting their knickers in a twist over someone doing a cover in another You Tube video and not using slide.
