HOW TO REPAIR A BROKEN SHOE // Fix a Leather Strap in 3 Easy Steps!

In this video I give detailed, step-by-step instruction on how to repair the broken leather strap on your shoe. This instruction will work on a ripped sandal strap, a high heel or even a flip flop you need to repair!
I used these 3 easy steps:
⭐️ hand sew using polyester thread for sewing on buttons
⭐️ glue using 527 household glue
⭐️ tape using black, Gorilla duct tape
If your shoe does not have a flap like mine did that I used to glue down, get a small piece of strong fabric like canvas or denim and glue it to the back of the broken pieces (after you sew them). Then you can tape as well if you feel that step is necessary.
After doing these three steps to my shoe, I DARE that strap to break again!! 😉

Thanks for video. Could also protect leather from glue preemptevely with some coating like vaseline, so it doesn't stick.
