I have one for you, as I posted above, No matter the combination, Vitamin D3 even with fish/cod oil or even K2, sends my blood pressure through the roof!! GNC reps tell me it is a known phenomenon and not everyone can take D3. My naturopath and osteopath tell me the same thing and diet, sun, and nature are better than a manufactured substance. In fact, I had a GNC area rep tell me many people stop taking D3 and their BP goes way down. My naturopath did say that D3 is way over blown and can trigger imbalances.
Vitamin D has changed my life. I no longer get migraines. My joints and bones no longer hurt. I can even run a half marathon these days and have zero soreness the next day. I take it with K2 MK-7.
Vitamin D makes such a big difference to my well-being 😊notice a big difference over Covid lockdown until I started taking Vitamin d feel so much better . Appreciate Dr. Berg .
We produce vitamin D using sunlight. We get less sunlight at higher latitudes during winter. The incidence of depression during the winter increases. Some of the happiest places get the most sunlight. I just heard a report about the pandemic that said Hawaii had the least number of deaths from covid per hundred thousand people, out of all the states. They get a lot of sunlight, year round.I Also, as a side note, lifeguards and other people who work outside in direct sunlight all day can receive well over 25,000 IUs worth of sunlight per day. So any notion that you can have a toxic dose needs to be reconsidered.

I am taking Dr. Berg's liquid D3/K2. I live on an island and believe that I was getting enough D from the sun. To my surprise, I visited Sanoviv for a health vacation... and found out that I was lacking in Vitamin D.
I guess so. There is no way litlle human beings would not need vit d3 for their growth. Data is surely available somewhere. I recently checked out the need in vit D3 for cats and came with interesting informations. Indeed cats and dogs and others animals need it, the pets food is almost always supplemented with it. But before supplementing a cat even more, one has to be extra careful because vit d3 is potentially harmful in big amounts for cats. Products for pest are full of vit d3, it will kill rodents and also your cat if the cat has eaten it by accident or eaten the rodent.
Thank you for all the videos you are making to inform your viewers . I know you need to take vit K2 when u are taking vit. D but what if your cardiologist recommends you to take aspirin to thin the blood because of mild calcification in the artery of the heart? Hope to hear your advise. Thanks!
@Myra Nitura Me, I'd take the K2 along with magnesium and very low crab diet including lots of green and fermented vegetables. But that just me. I give little weight to what my physicians have to say. They suggest statins and I am at a good BMI and have normal BP and BG. They suggest the covid vax which I refuse and I haven't lost any days due infectious disease and those like the President and the close at hand Prime Minister (thug vax pushers) have had Covid repeatedly.
I can second that - this information would make an already very good video perfect. The same applies to incompatibilities, i.e. are there vitamins or minerals that one should NOT take together with Vit. D but maybe later in the day? I know Vit. K2 was mentioned in earlier videos from Dr. Berg about Vit. D, but frankly, I do not want to watch all of those 5, 10, sometimes 15 Video about the same topic just to get all and sometimes conflicting information - conflicting because science develops and new things are researched and better understood, and so does Dr. Berg, I actually very much like that he can admit he was wrong or unprecise. But while I like this, I would much prefer to have a "one-stop-video", which has all the latest information compiled.
Am I misunderstanding what you said in this video? You have recommended 40,000 iu's of D3 w/ 400 mcg of K2 and now seem to be recommending 50,000 iu's a week. Did I get that correct?

@I'm Happy should be obtained through sun exposure. Definitely most optimal. But it's pretty hard to get adequate amounts of vitamin d particularly through food alone. So probably a vitamin capsule would be best if you can't get into the sun often.
If I didn't know, you didn't tell me. I know this is petty, but saying what your audience does not know when you are the provider of the information seems like a mistake.

Vitamin D is not a vitamin, right? If your body can make it, it can't be called a vitamin, and in fact it is a secosteroid hormone. All these dosage numbers being thrown around are so arbitrary, since no one really knows what the body needs or wants. They test storage D in the serum when storage D form is stored in the adipose tissue, so the tests show nothing about how much D you really have in the body. The active D test is more accurate for that, but doctors won't test it. If you make 400 iu of D in ten minutes, that may be all your body needs, however, that number won't stroke the doctors who just picked dosage numbers out of the air and said 'this is what you need', says who, them or your body? You are getting close Berg, but no cigar.

@@madonnafra I don't expect any response from Dr Berg. However, Dr John Campbell has a video where he analyzes a paper from a university hospital in the USA where it shows that there's neither toxicity produced by Vitamin D3 nor hypercalcemia effects on patients subject to very high doses of the vitamin over a long period of time. Also, all of them showed an overall improvement of their health. The intake of large doses over a period of a year-year and a half replenished the body and then, you can slow it down or stop it, which are the effects I noticed in my case. After stopping the ingest of large doses, six month later the blood testing still shows high content of the vitamin, and the positive effect on my skin started to show a couple of months ago even without sun exposure. Dr John Campbell is very serious and responsible and I highly recommend his videos.
One thing I would add, the reason why we are so deficient is because throughout all human history, in the summer months we lived outside, going inside only to sleep and to hide from bad weather. Imagine a house without electricity and AIR CONDITIONING. So, the reason why vitamin D is the most important for us is not because it’s really the most important, but because we lack it due to modern lifestyle. If you ask what is the most important vitamin for many, many poor children in Africa and Asia, that would probably be vitamin A.
What are your thoughts on excess calcium in the blood stream from vitamin d...some studies now are even saying that k-2 does not remove it from the blood stream and thus can contribute to calcification.....
I take (Vitamin D3 5000IU + K2 MK-7 125mcg), I get heart palpitations often😢 Is it normal or dangerous ? I don't get much sunlight and I only take it like 2-3 times a week max.
As he explained here, vitamin d must be taken with magnesium as it requires magnesium when being digested. He explains often that a lack of magnesium creates such heart situations. I suggest you check each videos he made on vitamin d absorption and on the heart. ❤

I'm taking now vitamine d because from the results it shows i have like 9ng/ml. A severe deficiency. I think i almost had it all my life everything changed since i stated assuming just a bit 1000ui day pills, from activities levels, to metabolism to mood and so on, even muscle recovery
21, 1.8m tall, 68 kg. Not so active to take enough sun, and i definitely don't eat much eggs or fish integrate it. I noticed i'm more regular to the bathroom and have less inflammation that some times happened, more stable energy levels and less bloated. I noticed way less cramps at rest and during home workouts that i like to do but i couldn't for them, and it also after weeks i Noticed improved vision. The effect that i noticed most was passing from less than 1 flag raise a week in the morning, to have 5 of it a week. So even a boost in testosterone levels.
@I'm happy if you see it over a long period of time, it surely matters, in short term through sun it isn't the best because takes time to build up but surely helps. I suggest salmon and eggs to add for vitamine d + some honey in the morning or before going to bed to reduce bowel inflammation.
If the general population had an adequate amount of vitamin D, many medical issues would not have occurred.
People probably wouldn't have even noticed covid

I have one for you, as I posted above, No matter the combination, Vitamin D3 even with fish/cod oil or even K2, sends my blood pressure through the roof!! GNC reps tell me it is a known phenomenon and not everyone can take D3. My naturopath and osteopath tell me the same thing and diet, sun, and nature are better than a manufactured substance. In fact, I had a GNC area rep tell me many people stop taking D3 and their BP goes way down. My naturopath did say that D3 is way over blown and can trigger imbalances.

They get a lot of sunlight, year round.I
Also, as a side note, lifeguards and other people who work outside in direct sunlight all day can receive well over 25,000 IUs worth of sunlight per day. So any notion that you can have a toxic dose needs to be reconsidered.

They should be taken separately- works better this way says studies.
Do children need this? Is there a chart of what amount to give?
The sun itself is best as the benefits are sustained longer. Even alternating days are totally fine.

I know you need to take vit K2 when u are taking vit. D but what if your cardiologist recommends you to take aspirin to thin the blood because of mild calcification in the artery of the heart? Hope to hear your advise. Thanks!
Ask your Cardiologist if you can take K2 MK-7. Dr Berg does not have all your health details to make that determination.

Dr Berg, thank you for your videos. Could you please show us the references you've used to support the point of benefits of the infrequent vs the regular daily ingest of Vitamin D3?
I hope you get an answer from Dr. Berg. I'm taking 10 drops/day of my new Vitamin D3/K2 drops and feeling a difference. I will go to 3/week but still do the same # of iu's (for the week). But for now, will do it every day for another week or so, since I know I am deficient.
The only supplements I take is your Vitamin D+K2 and your mineral powder with ACV and organic lemon water.
As far as I know, fair-skinned people (can't tan) retain high levels of vitamin D. It's never a one size fits all.
Where’s the video on D to which you refer at the end of this video? There’s no link… (Am using an iPhone)

I live in Norway,I need more vitamin D because I am originally from Africa. When I was in Africa I gott vitamin D from the Sun.
What are your thoughts on excess calcium in the blood stream from vitamin d...some studies now are even saying that k-2 does not remove it from the blood stream and thus can contribute to calcification.....
Best is to experiment for oneself. Studies can and have been falsified. I feel so much better taking k2 through supplements and foods. ❤
I take (Vitamin D3 5000IU + K2 MK-7 125mcg), I get heart palpitations often😢
Is it normal or dangerous ?
I don't get much sunlight and I only take it like 2-3 times a week max.
As he explained here, vitamin d must be taken with magnesium as it requires magnesium when being digested.
He explains often that a lack of magnesium creates such heart situations. I suggest you check each videos he made on vitamin d absorption and on the heart. ❤
I had normal vit d levels until I became ubber flouride toxic. It went down to 19 finally got up to 24 then the 36 started grass fed beef, but it has was done to 24. Will be interesting to see next labs next
How did you find out about fluoride toxicity? I worry about that. I've been drinking fluoridated tap water because I can't afford a filter. I used to have spring water delivered to the house but it's a bit expensive.
I'm taking now vitamine d because from the results it shows i have like 9ng/ml. A severe deficiency. I think i almost had it all my life everything changed since i stated assuming just a bit 1000ui day pills, from activities levels, to metabolism to mood and so on, even muscle recovery
How old are you please...
How did it help with muscle recovery?
21, 1.8m tall, 68 kg. Not so active to take enough sun, and i definitely don't eat much eggs or fish integrate it. I noticed i'm more regular to the bathroom and have less inflammation that some times happened, more stable energy levels and less bloated. I noticed way less cramps at rest and during home workouts that i like to do but i couldn't for them, and it also after weeks i Noticed improved vision.
The effect that i noticed most was passing from less than 1 flag raise a week in the morning, to have 5 of it a week. So even a boost in testosterone levels.
@@ThamaHalgravs Very nice!!! I'm going to start taking it for inflammation as well. Thanks for responding! 👍
@I'm happy if you see it over a long period of time, it surely matters, in short term through sun it isn't the best because takes time to build up but surely helps. I suggest salmon and eggs to add for vitamine d + some honey in the morning or before going to bed to reduce bowel inflammation.
I take vitamin d every 3 weeks & eating healthy foods & keeping active all helps .
Is it just me getting headaches and nausea ? I do not have a gallbladder, maybe it’s that?
