This is literally nothing like how I make mine but it works! I'm going to try it
For sure give it a try and see if you like this way of making kicks 😊
Subscribed ! :)
thank you!!!!!
if you make the cuts at the center of the parabola (the middle part of the u-shape) you will not get the warping effect
oh true.... well i guess you learn something new everyday :)
Damn, i usually put at the start of these tutorials what the end result is gonna sound like, oh well it's at 10:27
Nice !!!
this should have like 840k views !!!
you're too kind! :)
Yo, this may sound simple but literally cant find the ino anywhere; Ive created a drum sound I like, but now I want to save it as so i can add it to a drum rack, how do I do that? I tried exporting it as a wav, but bringing it back into ableton it sounds like garbage 🗑 i know this should be simple but for the life if me cant work it out 😅👍
Try resampling? Create a new audio track, open up the i/o on the right side of ableton, set that channels input to “resampling”, record enable that channel, solo your drum sound and hit record in ableton. It should record your audio as it plays. Hope this helps!
why can't do this in Ableton 11 when i change the pitch the waveform does nothing
check to see if 'warping' is on (you'll need to have it off to change the waveform). If you double click the audio file in the time line, it will bring up the sample's settings and if 'warping' is on, it'll be highlighted in yellow
His transient processing looks like my mastering chain. Weird.
How do you enable the crossfade to join the cuted clips in Ableton 10 ?
