    I've been a follower for a while now and I have to say this is probably my favorite UA-cam channel. My girlfriend even watches with me and supports my musical nerdness. I'm picking up a couple of your sound packs as soon as I get out of work! You're great at what you do man keep it up!

    @mixmovement 5 років тому +1

    Awesome! Perfect 5th usually sounds best or whatever works in key. Then treating the kick as a bass note. Making sure that the root of the bass is different from the kick note and in key. Usually what would be the first and second note of a chords
    And snare and everything else 😅 harmonize everything.

    What's the purpose of using multiple eq eights on one chain when you still have additional numbers left to use on the first. Does it allow for more in depth eq as you're working with one signal from previous eq eight?

    • @ZenWorld
      @ZenWorld  5 років тому +2

      Cleaner. When you reduce or boost you can change values for other points. This helps. Signal flow as well. If you distort after an EQ and it adds some highs you dont like you use an eq afterwards to remove

    • @VISSEX
      @VISSEX 5 років тому +2

      You don’t want to mess with adjustments you’ve already made. Plus it helps workflow to just steam through processing and add what you feel. One EQ cuts a resonant peak while another boosts near the resonant peak that was recently reduced
