Its a MAJOR PROBLEM that most Americans simply do not relaize.

It's funny when people talk about "violent porn". Porn is pretty basic UNLESS you look for violence. It's like saying cars are too fast but you're in a sports car. If you're choosing violence then there's a bigger problem here than porn.
Bill seems to be hearing about only the worst of it. There are a lot of derogatory themes with it. So many label the women in the videos with bad titles or refer to incest, etc. But violence isn't the bulk of it at all.

Yes, he mentioned the "choking is first base and anal is second." I'm unsure whether he means that this was part of the violence or not. Normally, first and second base with anything are standard, casual things. Choking and anal certainly aren't standard. Yeah, the whole step-related thing is unnecessary and few are moved by it.
