But I always wondered why he was so secretive about his love life, and wasn't seen about with any long term partner. Sometimes not knowing is scarier than being informed.
I remember Howard before he hit it big. He was just a local radio jock on WCCC in Hartford, Connecticut. Even back then his local show was total comedic gold.
I feel lucky to have grown up in a time with someone like Howard Stern on the radio in the 80's/90's. So entertaining. There hasn't been a show like that in terrestrial radio since he left in 2005.
Fast forward to now and he’s unlistenable. Sad, he was my favorite, on every day
@@The_Real_RJ I agree. There's 2 Howard Sterns. The one before psycho therapy, and the one after. Therapy seemed to have made him this really soft emotional guy without the ability to be edgy anymore.
I've voted for Bill in the Emmys every year and he's right, people don't want honesty, they want PC hypocrisy.
Yep. It's sad.
You're part of The Academy? Cool!
I voted for Bill also. Nobody cares what you or I think, Gary. Because like you, I don’t have a vote in it.
You are so right and I'm tired of it. Why does one gender have to dominate the other. They changed three and a half men show too. If all shows are alike, it is boring to watch.
You're right, and Stern is one of the biggest purveyors of PC hypocrisy today. He's literally become that which he routinely mocked on his show for many years. Now he's as politically correct as they come.
I haven't laughed this hard on Bill Maher in a long time. Howard Stern and Bill together are awesome.
I agree with that!!!!
I hate bill but it’s true no matter who stern is with it will be an awesome interview cause Howard takes over everything.
What a interview! So much respect they have for each other
fantastic... what a gem of an interview.
Howard has stood the test of time. A very interesting career. Great and seemingly honest communicator. Pulls no punches
One of the best interviews I have seen in a very long time
This may be the greatest Bill Maher show ever..or the greatest Howard Stern interview….love you both very very much. Thank you both for being who you are- your real place..no matter what. 😍
This is wonderful to see as a fan of both. Damn I'm getting old
This was a fun interview. I hope he comes back and does the full hour, like Bill offered.
I need a 40 minutes to an hour of this interview
4 hours at least
@@neilhibbard519 they already had one about 6weeks ago
Howard has the most loving eyes. He looks very sincere.
Haha! If you listen to his show, it's obvious he's not sincere.
@@MarcSummers1 I’m not disagreeing with you. I haven’t listened to his show since he moved to Sirius-has he toned it down?
wow was that really 17 minutes? that felt like literally nothing wow. 2 of my favorite people
I didn't really care for him years ago, new found respect.
This may be my favorite interview on this show
Best interview ever. Would be really great to have them both sit somewhere together and just share their stories.
Too bad stern turned into a hermit POS during the pandemic.
Howard Stern is at the top of his game. This is crazy to see because he’s been riding this cloud for a very long time. He’s as charming as ever. Great to see.
They've both grown up ALOT over the years. ❤
25 years ago, maybe, not now.
I was never a fan of assman and the crude howard, but in his real moments, i have to admit i like him. I grew up near nyc, and this howard and the car talk guys remind me of home.
yeah, car talk has the same effect on me. love it
If you mean the Car Talk Brothers on NPR, they were from Boston.
@@brt929 being from Connecticut, i was right in the middle.
He was trying to get attention back then.
Somewhere along the line he became one of the best interviewers of all time. Who would have thought?!
I really enjoyed this interview a huge fan of Stern
This is the greatest piece of media I've seen in a long time. Love seeing these guys together.
