you are killing it, that's still 100% hatred of her via your responses. If you hate her so much why did you outreach as a Mormon, then embarrass her. Your cult is a burden to our nation.
I love it that the investigator lets her go on about these “other attackers” and come up with this crazy story that sounds like it came from a horror movie and simply goes “ I don’t believe you” when she’s done
Eveyrhing she lies about sounds like it’s from a movie as she has no first hand knowledge of being body slammed attacked or even abused by Travis 🤦♀️ the picture floating to the ground it’s like she seen everything on T.V and it’s just comes off and delusional.
She does that because she is uncomfortable someone who does yoga or something like that does it to relax not only the mind but the muscles so she is trying to keep her thoughts as straight as she can
Her demeanor completely changes when she talks to a female. With detective Flores she spoke lots and lots of dumb little stories to appear naive and cute, something she didn't try with detective Blainey as she knew it wouldn't work.
"If Travis were here today he would tell you that it wasn't me (sob)." What rotten luck, the one guy who could have cleared her name and she went and murdered him.
the fact that she killed Travis is absolutely brutal enough but that she even claimed her innocence after all the evidence that was presented + telling the media 8 minutes after she’s been sentenced to life that Travis abused her is just fucking disgusting.

Watching her try to manipulate the officer and changing tactics to try to convince him of her innocence is actually kind of hilarious. He’s such a good actor because I would have laughed in her face. Love how he keeps bringing her questions back to Travis.

Her behavior when she’s alone is frightening. To know that a killer feels no remorse for taking a life and is singing and doing wall stands…completely apathetic to the destruction of a life….it freaked me out for a second.
I know, right? Knowing they also had out that picture of him and the guy trying to tell her he knows she did it while she lies … just extremely heartbreaking. Evidence right there and it’s like Travis really is trying to tell them “yes, her. SHE did it.”
Something the detective said still sticks with me - Travis was unrecognisable after his death, he had spent a week in a damp bathroom after he and Jodi's 'shower', so there was no chance of an open casket at his funeral, which is a common practice for the LDS church as a final goodbye with dignity
I can't believe what actually saved this case (for the most part)was those 2 photos that magically set off . Really there is a higher power up there saying "not today bit ch"
It’s crazy how much time it takes to actually convict someone like her. All the time, talking to her, listening to her BS stories, and all that. It takes so much damn time, and costs the state so much money to convict a murderer. I get that it must be done. That’s Justice in the USA, and I’m glad we have a system. But it’s just mind boggling how much time and resources are needed to get someone like Jodi off the streets.
I had an ex girlfriend that tried to humiliate me once. She told all her friends that I was no good in bed. You should of seen her face when they disagreed with her.
Everyone did so well dealing with this harpy, but my favourite person in this case definitely has to be the prosecutor. I love how absolutely ruthless he was with her, shutting down ever stupid tangent she'd try to branch off to. The investigator really was not lying when he said something along the lines of "I've met him, and you do not want him cross examining you instead of me".
I was in the penitentiary for less serious crimes and no matter what you do guilty or not. When a cop says hello you say lawyer..... this terrible horrific crime would probably have had a different outcome if she had said nothing....
she never confessed anything. The interrogation was basically fruitless except for impeachment. Showing the jury how well/how often she lies. The undeniable evidence such as pictures and gas cans put Jodi away for life by a brilliant prosecutor.
The fake crying when she went on about running away, being cornered, and then trying to fight off the attackers, is ridiculous. It’s almost laughable if only a man hadn’t lost his life because of her. @@
He just knows that the more (crap) people waffle the more they get themselves in trouble. So, ANY bs is welcome. That is NOTHING saintly, on the contrary. It is rather the fake calmness of someone deceptively sweet and supportive; a predator patiently waiting for their prey to have rambled themselves into the corner.
Your way to present these cases is incredible, it transformed me as a human, it made me realise that each of us are both potential suspects and victims. It made me humble, centred and sober. I firmly believe prevention is better than cure. You should also parallely make content where crimes have been prevented. Stay safe.
@@heteroclitus Ikr, don't deprive yourself of all the wonderful things life has to offer... like eating jailhouse food, keistering shanks, and having a prison boyfriend named Big Herc.
During the trial, it was said that Jodi has a high IQ. Yet, she's not aware of cameras in an interrogation room, and when she staged the burglary at her grandparents' when stealing the handgun, she left a lot of valuables behind, such as two expensive rifles
This may be my favorite detective... Jodi: "I believe in the butterfly effect" Detective: "like Travis would never had died if you never met him" Jodi: "YEA!" Detective: "because you killed him."
and when her one attorney asks do you wish you would’ve done things differently that day she says I wish I wouldn’t have grabbed the gun ?!? Not I never should’ve went there to begin with, she showed her try colors during the whole trial and I love how when Juan is ready the jury instructions her face seems to fall sadder and sadder and she knows what the rules say describes her guilt as they are to judge the way she answered questions and if she every had any remorse. Her throwing her own parents under the bus was for nothing as she had no motivating factors growing up and she has no excuse for her actions. Spoiled little brat she is
he knows exactly whats at stake here. he knows if he acts wrong or annoyed about one thing she says, he may not get the confession and this cold-blooded killer will go free. i can only imagine the amount of restraint it takes...
@@faradillaputri2480 No they're right, you can't give the defense ANYTHING, and while the other evidence is a slam dunk you don't know how the trials go. He still has to give 100%.
I really want to know what specific detail she was trying to gather from the photos.... it was so so important to her! She must have thought she had an absolute winner of a story planned, IF she could get this particular detail secured.

God I love your videos. The witty comments and slightly less serious comparisons make it a great watch throughout.
Something the detective said still sticks with me - Travis was unrecognisable after his death, he had spent a week in a damp bathroom after he and Jodi's 'shower', so there was no chance of an open casket at his funeral, which is a common practice for the LDS church as a final goodbye with dignity

If we just got rid of the silly courts, this problem would go away. Guilty until proven innocent

The prosecutor wasn’t having any of her bullshit. That detective warned her.
This episode could easily have been 4 hours with all the court stuff.

The scariest part of this case is that if she’d gotten a lawyer immediately, I think she would have been found not guilty.
No. The evidence was not in her favor.
The evidence wasn’t in Casey Anthony’s favour, she got away with it.

I lost it when she started making up that story of attackers. I swear the detective has patience of a saint.
or he was actually trying to understand sequence of event even if she was making things up, but she would tell the sequence as if she did it .
The fake crying when she went on about running away, being cornered, and then trying to fight off the attackers, is ridiculous. It’s almost laughable if only a man hadn’t lost his life because of her. @@
She had all night from the 1st interrogation to the 2nd. And that was the best she could come up with?
He just knows that the more (crap) people waffle the more they get themselves in trouble. So, ANY bs is welcome. That is NOTHING saintly, on the contrary. It is rather the fake calmness of someone deceptively sweet and supportive; a predator patiently waiting for their prey to have rambled themselves into the corner.
And then she follows it up with “I was abused” like GIRL YOUVE LIED OVER AND OVER AGAIN
This is one of the best explanations of this case I have seen.
Thank you. I worked hard on it
Your way to present these cases is incredible, it transformed me as a human, it made me realise that each of us are both potential suspects and victims. It made me humble, centred and sober. I firmly believe prevention is better than cure.
