That's what I find so galling. She put the camera in the washing machine, why on earth would she do that if she was just going to ditch the camera and try to destroy the film? Good thing she's as inept as she is psychotic.

I have a little brother who reminds me so much of Travis. Handsome young man, charming, funny, but he’s so irresponsible. I worry about him every day having something like this happen. He did have a crazy stalker ex at some point. I always tell him he’s got to stop stringing girls along because you never know when that girls gonna pull a Jodi. Travis’ flirtatious behavior may have been frustrating for a woman who wanted a marriage but it’s still no reason to murder someone. I hope everyday my brother just settles down and finds a good partner. He’s got a lot of growing up to do. I feel so sad Travis never got to experience that life.

Jodi: “Now, if I were to have hypothetically killed him - hypothetically of course - what would be the punishment in this scenario that definitely did not occur and is very hypothetical?”
I'm 15 and even I am not that stupid. You should NEVER break the law, thats step one in being smart. But if you DO manage to break the first rule of good living, then at least KNOW what you're doing when commuting the crime and know the punishments for doing such acts. Again, you should never do a crime in general because that's just stupid, and lands you further downward than before.
Well is there anything more eye rolling than someone pretending to be so about something when it’s painfully obvious they’re a phony? Particularly if the thing they’re trying to portray is something that should be taken seriously like faith and beliefs
I just have to say how disgusting her defense team's strategy was. A man is murdered, and not only do you twist it to being self-defense, you have to directly accuse the victim of being a pedophile
Well, no one can deny that it’s not a vigorous defense. That’s their job. People often believe that a defense attorney’s job is to prove their client’s innocence. It’s not. Their job is to beat the charges or get you the best deal possible. In some cases they have to mount a defense in spite of their client doing everything humanly possible to get themselves convicted. Like Jodi “the cartwheeling murderer” Arias.
@@yournamehere4790yes, but lying about the crimes of another person is probably too far. If Travis were alive, this would 100% result in a defamation case. The only reason Jodi opted for this course of action is because a dead man can't sue
That's the reason why she won't admit it now or ever. Not only did she kill him, but she said the worst lie you could say about a man. She doesn't want anyone to know how disgusting she truly is.
I love it that the investigator lets her go on about these “other attackers” and come up with this crazy story that sounds like it came from a horror movie and simply goes “ I don’t believe you” when she’s done
Eveyrhing she lies about sounds like it’s from a movie as she has no first hand knowledge of being body slammed attacked or even abused by Travis 🤦♀️ the picture floating to the ground it’s like she seen everything on T.V and it’s just comes off and delusional.
just a warning, the post mortem photos of Travis are EASILY accessible and highly disturbing. what this woman did to Travis is beyond sickening. I couldn't even recognize him
@nordskyrim6312 honestly, if you're the type to go looking for it, it's not that bad. The face one is creepy, but the others are relatively tame if you're used to funding gore on the internet lol
I saw it like a protective body language - her chest and everything below her face was against a surface and protected - while her face was forward and intently focused.
"Well I didnt know if the shot stopped him and was still fearing for my life so I did what I had to do" Investigator: "Jodie, ya shot the man the forehead"
This may be my favorite detective... Jodi: "I believe in the butterfly effect" Detective: "like Travis would never had died if you never met him" Jodi: "YEA!" Detective: "because you killed him."
To be fair, no reasonable person would think that that is what she is trying to say. It’s assumed that if he for whatever reason came back to life that that is what he would say upon reawakening.
"To save you the oncoming ramble about Doggieboy the dog; she lightly tapped him with her foot for tearing open the trash and she's felt so bad ever since that it changed her entire worldview on the animal kingdom. She now apologizes to the dog... through the detective... who's conducting her interrogation for first-degree murder." ... I like this channel
I find that statement so revealing, tbh. Suddenly the wish for him to be there is not because she's sad he died, but because she wants him to get her out of the consequences. That statement just kinda tells

They've done studies that conclude beauty plays how people perceive you. Jodi looked hideous at trial and lost. Casey Anthony looked way better looking and won.
Jody has got to be one of the most pathological Liars I have ever seen in these interrogations. It's amazing how she just makes up these stories and she thinks she is doing such a good job with her lies that is detectives are going to believe her😮 it's just amazing to watch.
It's sad that this bitterness is in the sister now. As hard as it is, forgiveness on the sister's part will set the sister free, while keeping Jodi's consequences unchanged.

At 25:35: "You would go into his house when he wasn't there". If it was me, and that wasn't true, I would interrupt, and say "that's bullshit", or words to that effect. And I'd be pissed off. I find it more interesting than creepy since we already know that they are guilty (dramatic irony), it makes us wonder what they’ll try to do to make themselves sound innocent and how well they do it as well as how the interrogator will find out the truth, it makes us analyse. I don’t find it creepy because lots people would usually lie, act guiltless and act innocent if they got in trouble and it gave them a chance to escape no matter the crime, whether it be stealing a cookie from a jar or murdering someone. It’s mental human nature, and since we already know that, I don’t think it’s creepy (perhaps scary, but not creepy).

These murder interrogations are creepy to watch. Seeing them play as an innocent character and scramble for excuses, and lacking remorse, it's scary
More like annoying
Yea fr it really makes us question humanity
Kinda makes it interesting..
Thats why they're capable of ending someone's life. They have no humanity left.
