I don't mind it because I found they usually give you ways to skip some of the enemies i.e. run past, go a different way, jump a fence and go around, etc.
It's particularly annoying in Leyndell cause it's super windy and there's so many different paths that you can't easily figure out where the next grace is
Ngl i tested out this build on the bosses in leyndell and it’s so fun just beating these bosses with ease and it makes the journey so easy btw I’m level 180 in ng+3

Note if you can't get past the Draconic Tree Sentinel you can use poison mist to cheese it. Sneak up behind it and just recast until it's dead. It won't aggro so long as you don't stand up and move.
I was stuck on him and gave up long time ago I recently restarted the game and built a really powerful dex character with bloodhounds fang, summoned the big bull or goat horn dude whatever tf his name is. And he was a piece of cake

Yeah. their aggro, range, lighting, health pool, defense mechanic like their greatshield and faith blast are so annoying to deal for a close melee character. lucky, I'm used to parrying them after encountering this type of enemy a lot since the start of the game.
Been annoying me a few days now. Just now getting the hang of them. Easy to sneak up on for a crit. And my Moonveil aow always stuns them allowing for followups.

I struggled so much fighting the draconic tree sentinel as well as attempts to defeat the tree avatar thing. I fought those guys more then my Radahn, Godrick, and Renala fights COMBINED. Imagine my defeat when as soon as I enterd the city I find tree baddies and knights everywhere 😭😭
What about the bolt weapon on the giant one that is under the dragon? After the first boss in here you can jump onto it and it is a little way up the weapon

4:58 the coryhn questline rewards you with a super cool cantation "the discus of light", not too shaby :) so guys complete this questline, its worth it!

I explored most of it due to constantly running from enemies and the archer had me climb the wing just to think its a dead end from a quick look so i ran in a maze of loops trying to find where to go next!

Where the guy shoots fire at you, hop down the balcony then onto hold houses then run straight to the chariot, skips you a ton of enemies. Watch out for imps on roof just run past
Hell no, every other boss before him I’ve done in under 8 tries. I killed the Ancient Dear guy in 4, Godrick in 4, Radahn in 6, Margit in 7, the moon chick in 6 and the wolf in 2 tries. Godfrey took me 13 tries and I got him to one swing left on my second try, but died before I could kill him, then died and died until I had him to the same hp I died on before, and used my terrible glintstone staff that does like 45 damage and just spammed it at him
@@d3va383 for me it was ancient spirit first try, moon chick first try, wolf first try, Radahn 3 tries, Godrick 5 tries, and Margit over fifty tries, I wouldn't be surprised if it was close to a hundred tries since he took me over four hours to beat and almost made me rage quit the game lmao after that I leveled so much out of spite that every boss was easy... but to my surprise the game was still extremely fun and addicting in easy mode

I beat the 2 bosses with azur comet with terra magicus and the flask to boost magic dmg + infinite mana for 10 sec and skeleton summon (skeletons to distract bc bosses don’t target them when they are reviving)
I tried close up swordplay with Godfrey, big mistake. Next try I used ranged weapons (glintstone staff) and whittled his health down during his slow approach. Retreat to the opposite end of the chamber and shoot him as he approaches.
i just sliced and diced my way through the fight lol, messed it up first try but nailed it the second go around when I realized how hard he telegraphs his attacks
I tried climbing up the dragon near the entrance of leyndell but the game didnt let me so i thought "ok i guess the dragon is unclimbable" so i spent like an hour just walking around confused lmao

Instead of running past the flame gargoyle at the start, jump over the balcony to the right and it’ll take you past it safely
just wait for it to finish firing on top of the stairs and just run behind him

You can also run behind the gargoyle for a free 3000 runes, then jump down

I have trouble beating the Leyndell Knights because I CAN break their stance, but they move away and hit me. Very hard enemy for beginners.
