It feels like the True differences between these jets are the pilots
It is definitely cool to see Germany get something new like this especially this variant, but there is definitely a different way of doing it instead of grinding out a full aircraft.

I still think 29SMT is better. Why? Well, just look in the future. Will 29G receive R-77? Prompt: it WON'T. That's the thing. For the future meta it's a visible disadvantage. Also the older radar is... pretty alright, but it's better to have a newer one, right? But for me, major things about the SMT are it's RWR and EXTRA FLARES OMG. If you could know how helpful they are. That's my point
Theyre both the best in their own aspects he stated it was one of the best, its flight model is better than the SMTs but you are right about the flares. idk I think theyre both still really good in their own way.
SMT has more than 60 CMs ? Also, I saw ( in DCS ) that the 29G can equip nato's weapons such as Mica and Meteor, I don't know if IRL it could carry those missiles, but if it's true, germany will not be totally left behind, in a far future of course 'cause the game isn't totally ready for Mica/Meteor...

finally Germany will have a meta plane, its just a MiG-29SMT but it turns better and doesn't lose speed as fast.
While the F16C still stomps everything because the nerf on the mig29 were too big. It was balanced, but f16 is so much better rn

What in the UdSSR tech tree you also need to research a new mig 29 and if you don’t want you don’t have to grind for it

Well at least grinding is far easier and way faster with the update
@@jcon5698 It's a reskin with new weapons. It should get bumped to 12.3 and got the new weapons and this patch should be a F4F-ICE patch. They will implemend a F4 plataform for germany while every other nation will get capable fox3 jets, is this not favoritism?

@@spectre0969 I'm pretty sure he's right the G is like 600KG lighter than the russian SMT. The german mig29 is better at dogfighting than the russian for sure.
