Did the 5 minute challenge with you both and it was awesome. Had never tried it before and never knew I could it. But you both are so positive and motivating. Love you guys ❤️
omg omg omg I'm so excited about this channel!!! Thank you so much for these awesome videos, I'll jump in my outfit and get started with your training !
Been doing some of Shaunas' workouts over covid period with WFH, sadly won't be so easy to do when pulled back into the office. But wanted to say how great they have been. Of the four I do this one is the hardest, and I have only just started it, but that might be down to a poor upper body and being 20 years + older than Shauna and Gracie. The starfish one especially has me falling over :-). And the plank bonus at the end i can get round one time and the elbow plank second time round and then I am done!. Congrats to Shauna on her great Olympics, sorry you missed the final but she looked like she thoroughly enjoyed herself.
Great work out! I have a sneaky suspension that you don't find this hard though! Would love to see what plank feats you can achieve when you push yourself!
Did yesterday both booty and core exercises after a climbing session. From core exercises the planks kind of surprised me. I had never really done them and somehow didn't realize they are good for shoulders. Also keeping that hip stable while doing booty exercises proved to be harder than I thought. Never did that specific exercise for the area. That's something I'll keep doing for now to see if it improves my leg work.
Thank you for your videos! Can you make a video about how to combine climbing, core, plank, fingerboard, flexibility and maybe strenght/gyms sessions? That is really difficult to make a climbing training program.
It can be really hard to write a program for sure! It is so specific to the individual too! I hope to share more about my training when I am back to training full time.
Lol I had 10 seconds left in the isometric 5 min finale and an ad came on :( Oh well! Thank you for this! Honestly my shoulders are more on fire than my core but maybe that's an imbalance I didn't know of previously haha!
Thanks very much :) I really enjoyed pushing myself with the 5 minutes of planks at the end. It went by far faster than I thought it would.
That was Brutal! loved the five minute challenge at the end, I can feel the gains already! I can't wait for more.

That was hard but I really enjoyed it. Thank you! I'll keep working at it! 😁👍
I'm 100% with Gracie. It's all about reaching that biscuit tin.

Good work! Stick with it! :)
really fun workout , but too easy... 🙂 is there a harder workout for power-endurance?
Thanks! I did not know I could do a 5 minute plank! Including some laughter ..... =)

starts at 1:40
Beans..now biscuit tins 😆
and yes I'm inspired and will try the #5MinChallenge
I loved the 5 min challenge, but.... how can you stand so long on your elbows? It hurts so badly! :O
Is one of these exercises called spotty dog :-)
I wrote it down so I wont be laughing through the whole thing lol. Figure that will make it a little easier..
‘Hand to elbow’?? Lol
Whoops! HA!
