    I was stationed overseas '70-'74. A friend was headed home to Louisiana & asked if I wanted him to pick something up & he returned with a copy of "Talk About Good" published by the Srvice League of Lafayette. My only cookbook for years & still in use! It was a joy to stumble upon your recipe and I'm sure will make a marvelous meal tonight.
