I have had this for over 4 years now, I'm in so much pain and can't walk very much. Tried every treatment I could find, nothing Works 😞 maybe I should try something like this.

Damn i have heel spur for months.. Feet doctor told me i need to order stuff for in my shoes.. And role a golf ball underneath my foot.. Kinda of a massage thing.. It don't go away.. But when i see this iam sure it works better because he demolish the heel spur and give advice what kind of food not to eat for a certain amount of time.. Oh yes sir, please break my bone without any anesthetic. I know exactly how she feels. I would be super grateful afterwards but I remember having to do something similar to this after a surgery, and my physical therapist would give me a pillow to scream into. Eventually I told him I wouldn’t come in anymore if he kept pushing me that hard. And this was a couple times a week. Not a quick fix like this. But knowing how much pain I already feel from just walking on my heel spur, I can’t imagine what it must feel like to have a pitchfork jammed into it.

Massage your foot and it really helps if you press with your hand into the pain like it resets the muscle. Its painful, but so much better after. And wear Inlays in your shoes. Footactice helped me. Often it takes weeks or months.
@@aliennemesis0663 put a bottle of water in the freezer, then every time you come home sit down and use the freezing cold bottle directly in your spur. Press your heel into the bottle, its like massaging your heel using the bottle. This will help the inflammation. This is what I dit for few month and it really helped, then I buy a good walking flat shoes then I put good orthodontic in-lays. Also, I given up eating tomatoes.
Makin sakit ada la buat rawatan mcm ni..boleh kecederaan dalaman bahaya rawatan sebegini..saya sakit tulang tumit 3 tahun..berakhir dgn bembedahan di hospital ...rawatan semacam ini habis duit sahaja baiknya tidak.
I think i have this, its crucial to stand up. I have to hold on to something or i could just collapse. I stretch by standing on my tippy toes and applying weight. It usually subside right after but once i sit down again i know the pain will come when i try to stand up

What happens to the heel spur once it’s broken off? It’s not absorbed is it or does it just float around? Seems like that may cause an inflammation issue?
It doesn't break off. Just stops it from growing in that direction

😢I have the same exact pain, & it hurts sooo much I can’t get out of bed & just step into the floor like normal people!(whatever normal is!😢) I usually have my crocks right under my bed. So when I step down it’s easier to walk onto! Cortisone shots helped me temporarily! 😢

Striking heel spurs is not a good idea. More inflammation and potential for fragmentation. I'm struggling to see the purpose - unless someone can explain!

Just press/step on something "pointed" like the corner of a table, or find a stone that has semi-pointed top and gently step on it. Repeat it many times until you can walk without pain. Repeat the following day and, oh, the pain is sweet!
