I really liked this technicians manner as well. He wasn't so professional that he was cold and stiff, but enough so that his closeness didn't feel awkward. I enjoyed his touches of humor while also being incredibly attentive to your comfort, and the ease in which he was tossing you around. I love meeting all these different professionals through your videos!
@@justvibing2497this is a combination of adjustments but he also massaged her muscles. I do physical therapy and they said to properly get rid of knots and stiff muscles it will hurt and you’ll be sore.
@justvibing2497 lol, if I don't necessarily move a lot and someone suddenly moved my joints and muscles in a way I've not moved in years... I'd expect it to be stiff and hurt..
There are so many gentle massage options out there, but Shili always visits those that torture her anatomy a bit, for our pleasure. Keep up the good work. This has to be one of the chiropractors with the most versatile nd effective techniques i've seen.

I love that the one time he asks “does it hurt” he’s doing something that looks like it couldn’t possibly hurt. All the rest of the time I worried Shili’s arms or head might come off but he didn’t ask then!
When he asks you if it hurts, he is testing and diagnosing. When the range of motion is large, he is treating based on previous diagnosis. When I had a lumbar disc herniation more than ten years ago, the doctor who treated me used a similar method. When he pressed some of my nerves, he would ask me, "Are you feeling sore, numb, painful, or swollen?" Then based on the feedback I give him, I will decide on subsequent major actions. Maybe it’s because I was treated at the early stage of my symptoms, so I didn’t go through surgery. I just cured it after a period of physical therapy, and it hasn’t happened again until now.
This has to be one of the best chiropractors Ive ever seen on here and Ive seen a lot, this man is definitely what you would call a bone setter, he certainly knows what hes doing
As a Chiropractor, I can tell he is not a trained Chiropractor, but a trained osteopath. I don't know about his country, but in Canada, and the UK, they have both. There are différentes in Éducation to. Chiropractors can call themselves, " Dr of Chiropractic ", Ostéopathe can't from my understanding. In the US, there are DO's, Doctor of Osteopath that are trained to manipulate as part of their médical cirrcurriculm, but only about 10% of them actually use it with their patients. On top of that, there are only 1 DO for every MD in the US. I believe Ostéopathe can't diagnose like Chiropractors, they can only manipulate. I also dont think they are as popular in the US, if at all, compared to Canada, the UK, and this Country.

The second is to find a reputable TCM practitioner who is recognized by the state and undergo apprenticeship under their guidance. Both methods lead to obtaining a medical practice license recognized by the state. The techniques demonstrated by the TCM doctor in the video are very professional. If Guangzhou weren't so far from Shandong, I would really like to experience it firsthand.

@thebacdoc6464 DO's in US have the same medical training as MD's and can write prescriptions. Many do not do manipulations, but they do treat holistically.
I know its been 2 months, but i will say this now. The editing, camera angles, frame selection etc they're all just perfect. I might not be a pro, but Shili stated in desc that the session lasted for 60 min, while the 'continuity' and godlike editing made it feel like the entire session only took 20 min or so. Its insane
If sShili did a behind the scene making of one of her vids methinks we'd see the large crew and multiple cameras all perfectly positioned so to not appear in the completed UA-cam vid. 😁
One thing I noticed in her editing that is a clever way to cut down is if a session does the same thing on "both sides" of something, and she only shows one. E.g., she's getting her feet massaged and there are multiple parts to it, and she only shows the left foot. For certain treatments she'll show both, especially if it's short and the feature of the video -- like her moxibustion (sp?) Videos. It's a very smart way to cut down time while keeping it entertaining. Although I'd watch the full 1hr of this service 😂

I’ve had my pelvis put back in place after having a baby, and it is the strangest thing to adjust! But I felt so much better afterwards and I didn’t even know how much it was affecting me until it was fixed! This was great! Thanks you for being brave enough to try this!
My friend had that done too! She was in so much pain and finally a doctor looked at the X-rays and was like “ohhh yeah that shouldn’t be like that.” She got her referral to chiropractic and it took a few treatments but man watching her walk without pain was incredible. Her husband was super supportive too. ❤

I know what osteopathy is, I've been through a whole course of 10 sessions. Believe me, it looks a lot more painful than it really is. Аfter the hands of a good doctor, there is such lightness in the whole body, looseness of movement and not a drop of fatigue 👌
I am confused. This looks like chiropractic to me and not like osteapathie. At least in our country they are very different. Osteopathy is not trying to crack.

I have been going to chiropractors for over 45 years. Recently I have been watching Russian chiropractors on UA-cam. I don’t like their techniques, but I would certainly go to this guy. I believe he really knows his stuff.

@@arlekin113 это не мануальная терапия. При мануальной терапии разогревают мышцы и потом аккуратно вправляют позвонки. А тут резко. Многие такие "специалисты" у нас называют себя остеопатами.

I thoroughly enjoy a massage/adjustment, regardless of any actual health benefits the exercise is relaxing. Shili is a good sport,I've watched many of her videos but she seems to tolerate rather than enjoy. Good stuff though, I'm a fan.

@@arlekin113 это не мануальная терапия. При мануальной терапии разогревают мышцы и потом аккуратно вправляют позвонки. А тут резко. Многие такие "специалисты" у нас называют себя остеопатами.

#1 - this is one one my fav asmr vids! #2 - I totally understand why orthopedic surgeons strongly recommend *against* these kinds of "adjustments." Having said that, I'll be re-watching probably forever.

No duele tanto, a veces ni siquiera duele, más que nada se sienten muchas cosquillas eso es lo que no muchos aguantan, igual después es muy refrescante, sales con la espalda bien recta

I thoroughly enjoy a massage/adjustment, regardless of any actual health benefits the exercise is relaxing. Shili is a good sport,I've watched many of her videos but she seems to tolerate rather than enjoy. Good stuff though, I'm a fan.
