Is yours heel spur or plantar fasciitis? Sometimes combination on both. Stretch your calf muscles, get a rolling pin to release trigger points on your leg muscles and use a therapy ball under your feet. Hope this helps you

only way to get rid of bone spurs is to either get them cut off in surgery or fix the foot issues that cause them in the first place like flat feet. what he did in this video would only have it hurt worse.
