To me, you two appear more and more as disguised masters. I highly appreciate these long conversation you have been sharing here for the last little while. After using your online content for the past 2-3 years I have finally reached a point, where this knowledge has sunken in deeper into my body. Sensational and life changing. As a therapist and movement lover myself, I hope there will be opportunity in future to learn more from you 🙏🏻
Appreciate your kind words and that these conversations are supportive. Good work on applying what we have shared 🙌🏽 We’re in the process of setting up a Somatic School where we can practice and learn together. Let us know if there’s any topics you’re interested in?
I‘m in the process of getting a certifacte as a personal trainer. Already have some years of experience as a floor-based bodyworker. I would love to merge and marry the principles your team is uncovering, with the world of fitness. My biggest mistake in life was following the advice of athleticly ‚gifted‘ people. I would love to offer services, for people that want that change into an active lifestyle, but keep getting stuck along the way. Maybe your somatic school will tailor that? Looking forward to what you are creating
I listened your videos, for hours today and am amazed of understanding layers and layers and the way you are able to communicate it. Thank you for sharing...
Very insightful and much food for thought as always, thank you guys! Even as I know slowing down and this approach is good, my mind still wants to push, feel that workout high and is afraid of losing momentum. It's a process of experimentation and listening for sure!
Hearing you man… felt this a lot too and over time saw the fear that was driving it… the fear of not being enough as I am… it made me always striving to push and be more. While there’s nothing wrong with becoming more, it’s important to no longer have to deny that part of us afraid of not being enough. Thanks for being on the journey with us 🙏 Benjamyn
