I like the layout, simple and functional. I also like houses that utilize the basement as a garage, more practical use of space. Always look forward to your videos, stay warm!
@@jamesHazel-b2n I agree I feel like this is a very functional layout. If it was me, I probably use the basement as a workshop/craft room. I’ll keep making the video tours as long as people like you keep liking them. Have a great day!
Everything is move-in ready upstairs, so someone could really focus on customizing that nice and bright basement to suit their personal needs. I really like how this one is both ready to go and and also ready for personal touches downstairs. Also, love that coat you're wearing!
@@Hereforentertainment2 I was surprised to see the clawfoot tub too. I agree I think they have old world charm although what they put upstairs is very nice and functional.
Thank you! At the time I posted this video I didn't have a link as the property has not been posted yet, but it's up now. I'll update the video to add a link when I get a chance.
I dont understand why so many renovations are done in gray. Seems like every home or apartment thats renovated has either gray floors, gray tile, or gray paint
@@discovery781 Grey has been very popular for the last couple of years. If you were someone who was looking to warm up the space, it could definitely be done by adding some warmer tones and comfy furniture.

Beautiful house and location.
Thank you for your wonderful video skills, finally a home I can view without getting sea sick 😊
@@jeffdenawright6230 My intention is definitely not to make any viewers motion sick. I try to make sure I don’t move too fast or spin needlessly. 👍
The home is small, but very cozy. I like the kitchen updates.
@@andreawilliams149 me too. Surprising amount of storage for a smaller kitchen.

@@filenotfound6203 I agree I think this one is awesome. You can just move in and decorate how you want. Thank you very much. I love this coat too.
This one would work perfectly for me.
@@roberthennel are you in the market? I’m happy to set up a tour for you.
I would put that tub right back upstairs, lovely home!

I like it
Beautiful remodel 👌🏻 could you tell me what the selling price is?

Needs a fireplace! Looks like the creek could really get high in the spring.
@@janewasson4845 I think a fireplace would be a nice addition and this property is totally out of the FEMA floodplain.
