@@JewelSommers Hello! I believe I provide more value off camera instead of being the focal point of the video because it is about the house and not me. Although I like to jump on and thank people for watching. :) thanks for your comment!
I agree, “commode” sounds much better. Also, I see people starting to say two living rooms. Nope. You have the living room for more formal times and the room with the fireplace is the den/family room. I realize today’s open concepts might cause confusion for some, but having a den used to be pretty much the norm if you could manage to have one.
I agree I think of a Den as an area with a fireplace and a living room as more of a formal area personally. The den is a great size which adds value to this house. Thanks for watching.
Thank for watching! I would like to do an 'Ask a Realtor' video segment once a week. If you have any questions about houses, financing, staging, selling, commissions, etc. send them to my email at tarasa@tarasa.com and I will make a video.
I’d change the dining room to an office, the den to a dining room, and get rid of the carpet on the outside patio spot. And add a railing to those stairs because I’m clumsy 😅 Lovely home overall. I can’t stand the open concept all the new builds are.
@@bonnieyoung4037 price and all information is in the link below. But to save some time it's listed at $275k (but currently under contract). I don't price the price typically or put it in the video in case a price adjustment is made.
You are correct Pittsburgh is super hilly. I was making a joke because since we almost never see really flat yards in Pittsburgh if something is close we call it Pittsburgh flat. :)
Don't change. I like how you present a house. There will always be someone who complains. But you are one of the best at showing houses.
@@riskman961 thanks!
Love the way you stop by the mirror, so sweet

If I owned this house, I'd never want to leave! There's something about it.
It is a very inviting and comfortable house. I agree.
Hi from the mirror! My favorite part!
@@mummommajamamaii5690 thanks! 😁

Archie Bunker called it the "terlet" or "terlit".

The staircase looks dangerous, no railing on the outside?
Ohh! I agree! I would definitely add one!!
Nice price?

"Pittsburgh flat"? I've always associated "hilly" with Pittsburgh.

They all look the same
