The beautiful staircase caught my eye right away. A house with “good bones”. Someone with the funds to cleanup, remodel, update, etc..could make this into a beautiful home. Put some siding on the house, add a little decor to that great outdoor front porch, & make it a nice home. Thank you for that showing. You’re always so upbeat about the properties, even if they need work..and I like that.

Both of the upstairs bathrooms I don't like the sinks along with the stairs and the sitting area that there is no railing.

Needs lots of work.

Just subscribed after finding you on You Tube TV . I love how you show a home. You are well spoken and you show ALL the important things such as Mechanicals,, and roofing,, electric boxes.. I have watched one or two other realtors but the professionalism wasn’t there. Glad I found you. I love this home !! The remodel is Beautiful. The train added to a small town feel and would feel like home for me as I am from BERKELEY SPRINGS WEST VIRGINIA 💙💛. I’m 64. My Mother in law has lived in Pittsburgh all her life. She lives off of 51. Near Braddock💛🖤… I love Pittsburgh and if I could have I would have lived there,, but now I just visit . I’m so excited to do these tours with you. It’s much nicer then finding a listing through Zillow or others and then scrolling through the photos… touring it with you is just very nice. Honestly ,, the way you present a home could be the deciding point for some. So far there’s only been one home I just couldn’t like.. though your professionalism, did present it really well,, but it was so messy and too many things to mention lol. But you never skip a beat making it sound perfect ❤️ Do not retire from making videos because I HAVE NOT WATCHED MANY OTHER SHOWS since finding your channel. 💛🖤

I would imagine the neighbors' kids at your playground is a great reason to sell

life lesson: stay out of the big box stores and spend your money on cleaning and upkeep instead.

.sometimes it helps when some furniture is in the room. It gives definition to the room.Sometimes its hard to tell sizes of empty rooms.

The attic reminds me of a church. No bathroom on the firdt floor or even the laundry room is extremely inconvenient, covering up the fireplace /furnace whatever shouldnt have taken up wall space. It was done sloppy. That kitchen with no over head exhaust fan is a mistake waiting to happen. The whole house will be covered with greasy smoke residue in a years time. These are reasons why i hate remodels and prefer restoring instead.

I always loved these split ranch style homes! So warm and cozy. This house is perfect!

Interesting architecture but not crazy about the long bowling alley hallway. However, the former dining room is absolutely gorgeous & should be the living room. (And the family room could & should be a cozy combination dining room & library. There's no view & little light, so why make it the primary hang-out space?)

I was in Butler, recently, and there are a lot of beautiful old brick homes. This one needs to be freshened up a bit, but even the newest homes have features that I would change!

Wow....that house is in amazing shape for it's age! Redfin lists it as being built in 1947. For the ridiculously low price, I couldn't come close to buying such a house in the New Orleans area.

This is a beautiful house. I love individual rooms like this house has. It definitely needs a full cleaning throughout, then updating in some rooms, remove old carpet, etc..but it has good bones. The living room, dining, kitchen, and most first floor are great. Love a big eat in kitchen! Love all the windows. The mud room & laundry room are great spaces too. The third floor is cool, but needs some work to make into a bedroom or game room. If someone has the money to clean & update this house would become a beautiful home! Thank you!

Why do you call them a “Bump out window” and not a “Bay Window”? Looks like Bay Windows to me. What’s the difference?

What happened to all of the beautiful trees that used to line Mckean St.? Looks very bland now. Not as nice without all the trees lining the street. Sad.
