I don't like the "finished floors". I more than likely would carpet them. The train noise would be a problem for some people. It looks in relatively good shape. The furnace and roof looks good. I would question insulation. Too much exposed brick and I would wonder just how cold it would get in the house in the winter and the utility bills. The yard is unacceptable especially if you have kids. Of course a formal house inspection would give me a final decision. It's nice, but I'd keep looking.

It a nice home. The construction of houses is much different from where I'm currently at. I noticed the home doesn't have AC ducts. Do the homes in your area not have central AC units? or is it more common to just have heating?

Its cute you bless yourself, but none of the 3000's magic gods n prophets exists. Their is much evidents to this. If so, santa cluse must exist as it is very much similar. Any time a magic god/ jesus intervenes in humans' lives, someone is going to die a violent gruesome death. Very interesting. This building looks like a former municipal local government building.

What she doesn't tell you about is all the crime over in New Kensington Pennsylvania and I ought to know I used to live there and I'm only right across the bridge from there! The whole reason I can't live in New Ken, is what it's called for short....is because I get severely depressed because you can barely go out your doors and you have to listen for gunfire 24/7! #FACT

I’d change the dining room to an office, the den to a dining room, and get rid of the carpet on the outside patio spot. And add a railing to those stairs because I’m clumsy 😅 Lovely home overall. I can’t stand the open concept all the new builds are.

It's a nice house. The en suite bath is surprisingly small for a modern home. I probably would "bump it out", that is after I make sure the wall in the way is not load-bearing. Nice size rooms. I'm surprised that there's only one HVAC for the entire house. Here in Texas, there are a lot of considerably smaller houses that are "dual zone", meaning two HVAC's.
