Skip the ivy, it will turn very ugly very quickly. It also attracts a lot of bugs and debry. Maybe its cooler to do something with special grasses, like pampas but than a smaller version. 😁😁 other than that very nicely done! 😎
Hey Carson. I have been catching up on your videos now. Been so stressed lately so it was so nice to relax to your videos. Your fish and frogs looks great. The pond looks amazing, but I think you need to tie your floting plants down, or they will try to sneak in to the skimmer. I have a question for you, do you like planting none aquatic plats, or do some gardening? Cheers and much love
I haven't had a super close look on all your videos, but it would be cool if you could go over some basics on what you would need or possible want to aim for when getting your first tank. Easier fish to keep, plants, what type of pump etc. I want to get one from your channel but have no clue where to start as a beginner :P
Could put a piece of thin fishing line across the pond a few feet out from the skimmer to keep the plants from floating into it, the line would be practically invisible and would stop the plants
Love the videos dude the pond updates are awesome !! Following you inspired me to get my own guppy set up and they're doing great! Keep the content up much love !!! 💜
Very cool. Will the fish eat the tadpoles? I would imagine 300+frogs in a pond would be hinder some...I got 3 of those dwarf papyrus for my sons Koi pond he just built & they're loving life!!! (Not sure if you're aware but if you bend 1 of it's long stems over & secure the top palm fronds into soil it'll shoot roots out starting another plant...just in case any should bend or break) I absolutely love those plants & when I help build a golf course in Stuart Fl (Willoughby Golf Club) they had huge ones in many of the lakes that would naturally bend over from weight...causing offshoots to start maturing on the grass...I was able to landscape my yard quite beautifully w some...anyways 🤙oh yeah...when I had a snail issue from live plants...I put in some assassin snails & not only did it do the trick...but my 3 assassin snails in 1 tank turned in to 13...and the 3 in my other tank turned into 9!!! Obviously...they were happy❤snails gotta get some too eh?
How do you deal with mosquito larvae? I didn't see any in the video - I had a small outside enclosure for some tadpoles & it was COVERED in larvae. Tried the apple vinegar trick, but it didn't help. Great video as always my guy! If anyone else knows, please let me know!
Ngl this pond is already almost at full capacity. Goldfish need a lot of room and Koi need a TON of room This pond can’t be any more than 500 gallons, imo Carson should rehome the goldfish and koi if he’s gonna stock large native fish
Even if he does native like he's talking about though he couldn't do any more than 3-4 max. I've seen captive bass they get nasty with each other when they fight
If the ivy doesn’t grow, try n Water propagate it. Legit stick an end w a node in the water n it SHOULD shoot roots, most plants work like that n don’t do well j growin roots w no sustenance in the mean time
Be carful with raccoons because I made a turtle and goldfish pond and they ate 5 of my turtles and 4 goldfish and I had a cover but it didn’t cover the pond completely so that one was on me but I don’t want you to have to go through that and by the way loved the video
You rescued a moth! You have a subscriber for life! ❤
I am so pump for whenever the Paul cuff are Carson collab

Bro frlssssss it's gonna be lit hopefully Carson gets the views he deserves 👌
Ehhh maybe
You should keep the snails. They control the algae and keep it low and it provides a good snack for any fish in the pond
I learn so much of Carson

Miss spelled. Sorry
I've been waiting for this video.😁
1:12 toads will only sun for "fun" when they want to breed
Dropping a comment and liked the video
🐸Just found your channel 🐌today.🐟 Great video. I look forward to more!🪷
Probably the best human on UA-cam…. don’t even attempt to change my mind!
You should get some solar lighting or just any lighting for around the pond!
U should get wakin or shubskin goldfish for the pond they don’t get to big and are pretty goldfish
Cool coi you are my inspiration btw
You said pond 32 times 😂 seemed intentional cuz it seemed like you were about to start laughing a few times 💀🤣 best video ever!

Careful what other fish you add now, a lot of those native fish will eat these

@@anatomicallycorrupt I'm personally against stocking native. I'd say either go with what's in there now or swap all of it out for native.

What was the second pond store you visited? I like some of those plants. Also, Duda Lang Farm in House Springs has plants and koi cheap.
In my country those plate you bought you can find them in the wild
