tsk tsk for _easy 80_ you forgot our most dearest supplier Gwalter :D while the boots from Ishgard fit the requirements the Leather Jackboots from Gwalter do the same and for less gil for starters in the game the shopping list entails those Jackboots from Gwalter for 288gil in the DoW 10-19 lvl tab and 2 pots of Bark Brown dye from Nanabe for 40g each. the two Bark Brown dyes are for the feet and the chest and already count as +2 dyes; Gwalter's jackboots are pre-dyed ice blue afaik and you will have to re-dye them for the week. total receipt is 368 gil and even less if you are LTW and stitch the boots together by yourself with ingredients from LTW guild vendor
