Rental costs are insane in the Phoenix area and it's really sad to see. Same with home prices. The townhome I'm renting out currently, 5 or 6 years ago, I paid $1000 less in rent than I'm paying now. I moved away in 2018, was living and working in Cali, then moved back and was shocked at how much prices had increased.

How odd to have no windows in the living room space. Seems so dark. Glad you had a good tenant. I'm a landlord and I'd do anything for a good tenant.

@@michelewalkerwebb ​ Of the probably ten we've had, only one left substantial damage. Most were very respectful of our property and we tried to make sure they were well taken care of in return.

Still “a good tenant” left it all in tact. The greatest tenants are renting BECAUSE of the flexibility to be able to bounce when need be, not because they HAVE to rent.

I wouldn’t pay 1800 a month for that, not when I can have much nicer cheaper.
However, location location so it all depends on what people are willing to pay I suppose.

Downtown Tempe, 3 bedroom 2 bath HOUSE and pay same amount for rent.... for that little place, that's high rent!

Hola Nic...I discovered your channel about 3 weeks ago....I havent seen anybody in their 20s & youtguber & model buying so many properties, being a landlord, youtuber, and so much desire to succeed n on top just flooding their bank accounts like you - esp with this PLANdemic! I just couldnt see how any tenant wouldnt wana wake up to ensure they pay your rent money on the day its due.....i admire you for that!
