Well, well well, I think you know how I feel about this little intersection. Last time there a local businessman gave me an apple! 🍎 To all of your viewers, please know that this is a real deal. This is a perfect little condo. Love it.
My favorite interior color is yellow. When you have a property painted that color, I seem to like it just a little bit more. It has the right amount of stone and wood and fabulous lighting.
This is a beautiful apartment that is only missing one thing: laundry.

Economical with space but a sweet little flat in an immaculately maintained complex, (definitely needs a washing machine). Beautiful village, fair price... thanks Nick!
Nick, as usual, great video. My wife and I enjoy "window shopping", hugging trees and checking out all those beautiful Italian knockers with you.
Suggestion: how about posting a pinned Google map of each property (with link) so we can look around the area, do street views and get a feel for the neighborhoods. Perhaps include a map inset of your location in the video too.

Hoping one day, we can make one our own🤞We really loved the property in the Montalcino town center if that one ever is available again.
So, after your apartment showing in this same building two weeks ago we started talking seriously about pulling together the resources to make a move. BUT, this apartment is actually below our budget! Not a lot of space, and we would really prefer to have a second bedroom for guests, but wow! Having a small second home in Italy now seems definitely doable!

The best thing? I can afford this one, so thanks for showing. I hope there are more in this price range. It looked clean and nice. A bit of finishing but not too much.
One of my very favourites Nick and I wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t have an offer from someone with all their ducks lined up to purchase before I can complete writing my comment. I love the careful renovation to accentuate the history of the apartment while bringing in all the contemporary creature comforts. I too would look into putting in a washing machine instead of a dishwasher for the corner of the kitchen. From what I can discern from the two videos of both properties, the neighbourhood seems lovely as well. Great one to share with us!

Wow that kitchen is so me. the coziness and country like cottage feel is what I love in small homes. The color scheme as well and yes.STONEEEE in the kitchen Stoneeee everywhere! I love stone anything. Want to hug the walls when I see them ..inside and out!i the bathroom is spacious and those wooden beam ceilings! mwuah! It has aesthetic fireplace. (a must for me) So quaint and cute this property! and the price is spot on! wow under 100k!?? awesome!. It's a beautiful apt. You can tell it was renovated & created with love & quality. It's just a bit too small for me. I'd love a 2nd bedroom & bit bigger reception area. But I appreciate you showing us a smaller & extremely affordable place!!!!!

WOW! That's fab for one with a small dog! Assuming it is allowed. AND in a small town. Hopefully that means quiet neighbors. So how much was the 2 bedroom next door that you could knock the wall out to combine both? Which you'd need if ever visitors, for sure. Skeeming....PERFECT price point!!! Well done. Price is reasonable nd it is beautiful as well with jst one flaw,it doesn't have a living room. Wat if someone lands in ur apartment.Bedroom is too personal jst like the kitchen has many secrets.So a living room is mst. Otherwise it is a perfect cute apartment with cottage vibes.

Regs say that clearances around the boiler and access for the maintenace needs be made.
I watch all kinds of properties videos of Italy I guess you haven't seen many videos where The video person shows you cupboards inside cupboards, closets, etc. all the other Italian property shows I've seen they always shows you the cupboards !! cupboards. Just for the the boiler it looks like a regular kitchen cabinet. It opens and closes just like a regular cupboard. They all look like that in Italy they open and close. They make them just like a cabinet that opens and closes for the boiler/system there are so many property videos for Italy
My first thought on moving abroad was Spain but,and maybe my perceptions aren't accurate, it seems a little unstable in regards to property rights. Spain always seems to be doing something, whereas Italy might think about doing things that may or may not get done.

the lovely arches in the entryway leading to this charming, oh so livable space! so well done! that sweet kitchen made me smile :) i love that beautiful bathroom and that simple cozy bedroom - they are just right! what a very nice spot in umbria this is. simple and affordable makes it ideal for someone who just needs a comfy spot to live in charming italy! so appealing and welcoming! a shorter tour....but can't sell it short because it's just lovely, nick! i always look forward to the tours - a bright spot every time!
