Dennis is the most passionate person in Texas for finding, saving and giving rare and desirable vehicles that would've have otherwise never been given a chance to be restored and put back on the road. Dennis Collins has the natural ability to bring this into reality and should be know as the "Great Preserver" ! 👌
he's a business man and only passionate about finding something that is worth more money than he will give so he can make a lucrative profit. passion is when you do it for free without the entanglement of money which only corrupts the subject.
@richiemiami lol someone's mad bro a lot of these he doesn't make what you think on them yeah he makes a profit bro but that's a business but doesn't mean you're not passionate about something it's sad ppl like you think having money or making money ruins things it doesn't it enhances them. But die a bitter old man fine with me 😆 😂
I am not a Ferrari guy but I have to give it to Dennis. He has an infectious love of all things automotive. And I love his appreciation of the local cuisine.😊
I always look forward to your content. It’s good seeing Kelsey back in the mix. Also an observation. Your interactions with Zach and Alex, especially Alex resemble a father/son vibe. I get the feeling they are more than mere employees. I really hope that’s genuine, because that’s a part of why your content is so positive, uplifting and entertaining. God bless, y’all. (Lived in middle Tennessee for 16 years, it rubbed off)
I doubt it's a facade. For Dennis to maintain that level of genuine kindness from day 1 of his content would be a feat for the ages. I'm sure he has his upset moments but that's just being human.
That's one of the things that stands out (pun) with these videos; the mutual respect between Denis and crew. I love the way Denis shares his experience and knowledge with the younger members of the team. I've been a weekly follower of the channel for a couple of years now and I'm not even a car or Jeep but rarely will I make it through the weekend without watching the latest episode of Coffee Walk.
So appreciate how you are so respectful of the folks you buy from. Also can tell by how your employees like you that you treat them the same. Will be a long time fan for sure.
Rumbling thru some old videos & noticed you mentioned loving hush puppies on several occasions. FYI----back in the 1800"s the big Southern houses had kitchens made from stone & along with the fired ovens & open bbq pits which basically were not walled in and sat on the back side of the house. So naturally when cooking started the dogs smelled their way to the ovens/pits and were always under foot & barking for food. An easy way, instead of screaming "Hush Puppy" every minute, was to do this. Cheapest food was dough so they rolled up dough balls with some cracker crust, threw them in some hot oil, cooled them, and threw them on the floor to keep the dogs quiet.
I got a little emotional seeing this car Dennis. In 1984 i was stationed in northern Italy, Aviano AB. I bought a 1978 Alpha Romeo GT, took it to a shop and the owner/mechanic was a Ferrari factory race mechanic. He had his parked in front of his little shop and to show me he knew his cars, he took me for a ride. Not really fast but i absolute dream to ride in, same year as yours. I left him my car car and got back a Hot Rod Italian car. I fell in love with Ferrari on that day. August, 1984
Always nice seeing a massive fire before take off. Also, I've adapted your plane bump routine since I started watching you. All I can say is thank you because my flights since then have been smooth as butter.
Some of the best food you’ve had on Coffee Walk I’d bet. Really good authentic Cajun food in Lafayette. I am from the Mire/Rayne area, so I’ve eaten at nearly all the restaurants in Lafayette and surrounding areas. Dennis saw you being interviewed at Barrett Jackson’s inaugural event in Houston in 2021. Wish I would’ve walked up and talked to you. Love this show!! Hopefully you do more imports in the future.
@Future69 Very simplistic thinking. 'Money is the root of all evil' is the old saying, but it is not accurate. The Bible says 'the Love of Money is the root of all evil'. There's a difference Future69. Can you grok it?
Since you say he is worth every penny can you put your money where your mouth is and sell him your car for 50% of it's fair market value. Talk is cheap.....
Kelsey, you are right, those flashlights are nice. Snap on sells some that are not cheap, but Harbor Freight sells on that is really nice for around $30.
We so missed you all last week! Great episode as always. It’s fun when you all go on the finds together in a big group. I would not be able to travel for at least a day after eating that awesome cajun feast ! 😂
TYVM for another excellent video & yes it's great seeing Kelsey again. Dennis, when it comes to BMX bikes, the "holy grail" IMHO would be a 1980-86 Diamondback frame, because back then they made frames ONLY & even more rare, keep your eyes peeled for Ashtabula forks. They're forged one piece & made in Ashtabula, Ohio (near Cleveland). I'd like to have another 1981 Schwinn Scrambler. Mine was cherry red, with black mag wheels, red snake belly tires & red anodized Shimano brakes & a red Shimano plastic racing seat & black Schwinn pads. Was the most fancy bicycle in town 40 years ago.
I am amazed for 2 reasons. #1 Dennis saves a lot of great cars and his knowledge is supreme. #2 I have never seen anyone pack away that much spicy food. Whoa nelly!
Coffee Walk is by far the best UA-cam channel there is. I really like the way Dennis, Alex, and Zack compliment each other. Alex is always in a learning mode with Dennis as his teacher. Kelcie is always interested in all that is going on. She probably will be the CEO of Collins Enterprises one day. Keep the great finds coming and the videos. By the way, great food in Louisiana is BODACIOUS!
Kelsey should be in more of the video content. It's always cool to see how Kelsey relates with the father, daughter moments. It's cool and we all would like to see more!!!

First time I came across your channel and I'm glad I did. You seem like a really nice guy who is all about imparting your knowledge in a nice way to your colleagues.
To have the emotions of finding, purchasing and touching a car like this is a one in a lifetime for most folk. You sir, do this week on week. I believe that’s why most of us watch and follow.
A great episode as always and great to see Kelsey is as polite as her father.I cant believe they passsed on that beautiful MGB GT,in my opinion a much better car than the Ferrari, nothing to do with the fact that Im english and have a 1971 GT in my garage in the same colour😊
Great Car, Dennis the BMX, the chrome one looked like a Diamond back Viper, but in the back ground was a red blended to white, which looked like a PK ripper, hope you bought them, as the ripper in original condition sells for £2K here in the UK
I ‘gotta write this now, because I’m as sure as hell there’s more to come...! I’ve just watched everyone walk ‘the other way’ to see this Ferrari and Dennis sayin’ “...it’s always nice to have a storage space..” It seems even Zack is having problems adjusting the camera to cope with the patina of these cars that have stood outside for however long - this blew my mind as I’m sittin’ having my home-cooked TV dinner and a couple of beers as I watch this episode... On this rare occasion, I’m ‘gonna be the first to vote for my comment...
I’ve finished my dinner, here in Barking, east London, UK, had no more beer, and have had a chance to reflect on this episode before looking at other comments... Dennis, Kelsey, Alex & Zak - you’ve all surpassed yourselves in your production of this episode. I think that you all having to ‘move’ yourselves since this car came up just a few days ago has bought out the best in each of you and all of you as a team. Previous episodes have been good for a few laughs along with a great find; others have been a lot of fun throughout, especially with a great car. However, this episode had been deeply satisfying to watch, enjoy and savour. Dare I say that there’s been a distinct lift in your class in your support of one another on camera (and I suspect even more off-camera) matched by that of the car and its owner and ‘finder’... A couple of other observations:- I noticed the Coffee Walk branding in your clothes was stronger - I thought that was great! Ask them for more to invest in your content. Dennis, I thought it was significant that Ron Pratt @ Midwest Truck let his son Ethan and colleague Gavon film their own episode for the first time. I thought it worked well and Ethan rose to the challenge. I thought Kelsey’s greater contribution to today’s episode worked equally well with great support from Alex & Zak...
17:00 That Bike is a 1995 Huffy Metaloid 383 XL and there were only 300 Produced. Trestle Bridge Frame. Very Very Rare!!! Dennis I Hope You Bought That Bike. This is only the 3rd one I have seen all Orignal. Of the other Two, One was Original and One was Restored. If I had to Rate This One and The Other One I seen about 20 Years ago. Using 1-10 Rating. This one in your Video would 6-7/10 They Go From 200.00 being worst (missing front wheel ) to 1300.00 The One in this video I would say 700.00-900.00 Range!!
