You can tell a lot by the way someone treats others. Simple things like being aware of how busy shop owners are, to holding the door for others and always including your crew in introductions. You are a class act Mr Collins.
And many of these things are things that can not be taught and is just something a man either has in his blood or he doesn’t. There are some parts of it that can be taught to others but you can not teach everything that Dennis naturally retains!! That only comes from having a true and honest heart! Well done Dennis Collins!!!
All of the business owners introduced to us in this episode seem to be really good people. I'm starting to develop an understanding from channels like this and from various interviews of other famous Texans (actors, etc.) that people there are just born with good manners and good hearts. Gotta love it.
Another Outstanding father/daughter video! Might have to go to TX just to try Niki's, looked amazing. Was waiting for the little kid on the bike run into the black ferrari, Scary!
Can we all give a shout out to Ms Collins. When her Dad decides to go fishing one day you just know and feel there is a thoroughbred inside of her ready to run. She absorbs her Dad's knowledge like no other. She'll be better than him.
Man I love that you get the opportunity to have your daughter working with you. Also of course all that amazingly tasty food! I really enjoy your content and would love to spend a day with Dennis and the crew. I love small town hidden gem restaurants that you find. Keep the great content coming. Awesome camera guy by the way always getting us all an inside look at these amazing cars.
I'm a diehard car nut and SO enjoy the diversity of cars/jeeps and information I get watching Dennis...but the Real Treat (pun intended) is finding/seeing/hearing about the best places to eat. You're one of kind Dennis, Thanks.
Love to hear a real shop at work. We came here because it's not over produced, we feel like we are tagging along with Dennis and Kelsey for the day. No need to apologize for not interrupting everyone's work day for a pop in. Respectful as always Dennis, the way you treat others and your generosity are inspiring.
Dennis seems to have always been in good shape, which makes me ask: I've always wondered how close in age he his to Richard. I'm going to assume he's gotta be at least 5-8 years older just based on the fact that he's been in business since 1983. Richard is 53 and looks like hell, so if Dennis is say 58, he looks pretty good.
Car content is fantastic! I was born and raised in North Dallas but left many years ago. Seeing this video reminds me how sincere and friendy Texans are. Refreshing.
Hi from Australia...thanks for a wonderful show...there is nothing more special than dad and kid rocking around working on and reconing cars, I’ve done it a lot
Sir Dennis Collins, a true Class Act!! With the best of the best!! Your commitment to excellence is unwavering commitment to doing your best! and your Friends!!! Only The Best of the Best!! And to watch your Daughter! Shows just How Deep your actions and beliefs are!!! So great full for sharing your world with us!!!!!!!!!!!! Forgive if I’ve gone overboard? You are a Rock Star Sir!!!!!!!!
I am Mr. oldschool! I love the "newer" Ferraris, but seeing the Ghibli in the shop exited me the most! This was one of my absolute favourites when I was ten. Together with the Iso Grifo and the early C3 Corvettes.
Funny story! I watched this video yesterday (2023.07.13) and thought Niki's looked good. My wife and I eat every meal out and are always looking for something new. I love all the finds on Coffee Walk, but this one is about 40 minutes from our house in Valley Ranch. So we went to Niki's last night and Dennis is so right about the food, Really good! Of course, I thought it would be fun to run into Dennis or the group there. About half way through our dinner, a couple is getting up to leave and I hear the manager? holler "Bye, Alex" from the kitchen. I look up and there is Alex! Thought that was pretty cool. I didn't stop him, I'm not a fan of bugging people on their personal time. Tanks for Coffee Walk! I hate coffee, but love the channel. Keep 'em coming.
Wow, Denis, you don’t mess around when it comes to restoring a beautiful car. It’s no wonder they bring such great prices. Keep up the good work my son, Wayne from Windsor Ontario Canada
I was just thinking about Dennis Collins and how he treats people. Yes, he's got a lot of money but hasn't forgotten to treat everyone equal and with respect. Probably the reason he continues to be so successful.
Great Coffee Walk Dennis!! Really enjoying the series, keep up the great work and it is refreshing to see a good man do what he loves successfully while offering advice and help to others modestly and humbly, Great job and thank you!!
DC has such a great respect and and admiration for all of the vendors that do work for him, and the way he introduces everyone with him production crew included such a class act.
Thats what I call a busy and successful day. So many long business relationships based on long personal friendships and the highest quality of work from everyone. Great standards. Just loved the trip to the Italian Restaurant too !! Keep it up DC and KC and Alex . Thank you, all the way from London UK.
Thanks for sharing the beautiful cars and the memories. Now I know what to have for supper today some great Italian food from a local restaurant that cannoli looked awesome. Keep up the good work and stay safe out there.
Dennis Collins and family crew are a total class act like no other he has a phd in cars of all kinds genius level work and restorations love this channel big time Thank you Big time life time follower .
Greetings from Poland Dennis. This episode is kinda special for me because I have watched the Fast 'n' loud series with Richard and You and remember all the guys involved with the Ferrari brand and F40 project of yours and the outstanding detailing job made on Aston Martin, which fueled Richard's business growth later on.
Just randomly standing under an XJ220.. with what looks like an XJR-15 on the next lift. So much nice metal...and carbon fibre in that shop. Oh, and the Ghibli
Dennis, by far this is for me one of your better "Coffee Walk" videos, I'm not a real Italian car guy but there growing on me. Love Kelsey's Jeep. Have a Great weekend. P.S. It would be cool to see you, Stuart and Kelsey do an episode at his new place AND a track day!!!!!!
Only thing Collins needed was a firs gen Cummins to deliver all your parts in one trip 💪🏼🇱🇷. Incredible to hear you been doing all this life you are a role model I wish I can learn from you it’s such a blessing life to be around killer cars all the time 🙏🇲🇽
How nice, she is inspired by her dad. Mr Collins, who was your inspiration at age 14 to rebuild cars , father or grand dad. Thank you for the quality you tube production.
WOW I have been watch for sometime now, learned a whole bunch about your car back stories - what I live in the fast seat. Richness in the joy of automobiles.
So, I watch all of your Coffee Walk's of course... This video is so great as it just shows you as a "regular car guy". Your daughter obviously loves it as well and certainly knows her cars. So, cool to just run by some shops and give them a little camera time. Well done sir !!!
Wow this episode was full of beautiful cars, and people i remember seeing back on fast and loud lol I'm glad the guys are still going strong!. I mean no disrespect Mr. Collins but please give my regards to Kelsey and thank her for looking absolutely stunning in each video and love your taste in food.
POV: you are me, just moved to Dallas, want to get your 86 K5 Blazer painted, so you google auto-body shops, Stewart's pops up. You take your Blazer there for a quote, dude laughs and says "I don't think we can help you" haha
These "behind the scenes" videos are always fun, you feel like your part of the story when the curtain is pulled back. As for background noise, I really thought it was not a problem. Thanks!
I haven't seen Brian or Stuart in years. Brian is still rockin' that punk look, but in grey. LOL Great guys! You filmed the Texas Driver Magazine framed article on Stuart's Dino on the wall. Cool!
Dennis. It wasn't the Ferrari that caught my breath , lt was your huge appetite for ltalian food ! You're the tops and of course with your beautiful daughter alongside you have the perfect recipe for success . Thanks Dennis.
Bella , this show is for Italians . I happen to be one . All of the shops were incredible . Then there's the food .I live just outside of Richmond , Virginia . Fairly modest city . But after watching these films I'm convinced we have no restaurants worthy . I used to eat all this food when I was younger at my grandparents .Every Sunday .Then my mother could cook like no one else . Her ravioli was to die for . Unfortunately they have all to heaven . But I still dream about the food ...
Cool how Him and his Daughter kick it together!! I'm sure she is very knowledgeable about the automotive industry, Good stuff we can't overlook our daughter's fellow's!!
I went to CBJ way back in 2001. My friend Russell Sperry purchased a rare CJ7, V8, HAD A GOLD plaque denoting the last of the CJ series. Very nice jeep, scary way too fast, nice people to do biz with. Good to see them and Dennis still represents Texas style and attitude and CLASS. There are several states that could learn from this exemplary enterprise.
You can tell a lot by the way someone treats others. Simple things like being aware of how busy shop owners are, to holding the door for others and always including your crew in introductions. You are a class act Mr Collins.
Right? He seems like he is genuinely the nicest guy on earth
And many of these things are things that can not be taught and is just something a man either has in his blood or he doesn’t. There are some parts of it that can be taught to others but you can not teach everything that Dennis naturally retains!! That only comes from having a true and honest heart!
Well done Dennis Collins!!!

I totally agree with you. Inspite of his great knowledge, he is very humble.
You can't help but too learn something from that man, each and every episode!
Dennis, you're a really cool guy. I love your positive attitude, and how you treat people. You're a class act bro!
Love the sound of real people working! Not distracting at all. That’s the sound of gittin it done. ‘Merica

The same happens in Canada. Eh!

Now how did you come up with that nonsense????
Man I love that you get the opportunity to have your daughter working with you. Also of course all that amazingly tasty food! Lots of top quality shops in Dallas. Seems like Dennis is using the best guys.

The Collins family is the best in the business
HOW CAN DENNIS STAY SO SLIM WHEN HE ORDERS EVERYTHING ON THE MENU!
they walk probably 20,000 steps a day looking at cars lol

Just standing under an XJ220 lol
Omg!!! That Jag 220 on the lift, one of the most beautiful super cars ever made😍
I noticed that too! Wish they would have talked about it
Car look the best jag 220 I seen
Hearing the shop noise adds a layer of realism that is most welcome. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Dennis appreciate your show, it’s nice to see true American patriot !!
Car content is fantastic!
I was born and raised in North Dallas but left many years ago. Seeing this video reminds me how sincere and friendy Texans are. Refreshing.
The disclaimer at the start is so old -fashioned....I loved it.
Dang… I about had a heart attack as the boy rode is bike near the Testarossa. Great vid… as usual
I came JUST to say that!!!
My thinking exactly. Having roaming around the shop on his bike like that is kinda nerve racking. One crash and boom, hours of repair work.
Same thought. Wonder what Dennis was thinking, looked a little surprised
Children shouldn’t be allowed in that area
Dennnis and kelsey are amazing
They are fantastic and unique persons goddess you all. 😀

No one noticed the Jaguar XJ220?! That's epic to see, such a beauty of a car. ALSO the XJR-15?! That is wild!

I look foward to friday because of this.
10:48 Is that a Jaguar XJR15 on the lift while you're under a freaking XJ220?
Popular opinion but Dennis Collins and the Coffee Walk crew produces one of the best YT shows around. OUTSTANDING!
Started watching this channel for the cars, now it's the food!
Always a treat seeing you grooming your beautiful daughter to take over your business empire. Blue skies
Wow, Denis, you don’t mess around when it comes to restoring a beautiful car. It’s no wonder they bring such great prices. Keep up the good work my son, Wayne from Windsor Ontario Canada

Dennis, your “can do” attitude is what I need. 🏎
Casually stood underneath an XJ220 like it’s nothing. What a garage. Love coffee walk and hearing Dennis tell his cool ass stories
This is one of the best videos you have ever made. The yellow spider is beautiful and my favorite.
I love the kid running around on the push bike!
The pizza looks so amazing, poor Zak but he made the wise choice.
Great Coffee Walk Dennis!! Really enjoying the series, keep up the great work and it is refreshing to see a good man do what he loves successfully while offering advice and help to others modestly and humbly, Great job and thank you!!
Awesome seeing my dads old Ferrari that Black and Tan interior is beautiful!!
Dennis is a great guy, its great seeing kelsey with her dad. He's got good employees as well
I love the food reviews as much as the car reviews.
This guys encyclopedic car knowledge always impresses.

Did anyone else cringe when the little guy would ride his bike right next to those beautiful cars?
I was holding my breath!
oh heck yes, it made me wonder how many cars he might have already hit in the past.
For sure that freaked me out !
I love kids, but that got me all stressed out.
Glad I wasn't alone!!!!
Thanks for sharing the beautiful cars and the memories. Now I know what to have for supper today some great Italian food from a local restaurant that cannoli looked awesome. Keep up the good work and stay safe out there.

One of the best videos I’ve seen. You can’t call yourself a car guy and not like this video. 👍🏻👍🏻
The immersive sound was the best part - Rock on, Dennis!
Kelsey reminds me of my niece. Mr. Collins is actually, outstanding personified!
Propping up others to support the industry is first class all the way. I’m anxiously awaiting the Porsche special.
