- welcome to day three of my yoga for strength series focussed on rooting into our legs to create balance and power. this session will warm the body from the ground up to build deep levels of connection and awareness. always remember in these sessions to do what you can, there is no rush to be perfect or complete the entire movement, focus on what you are capable of now and continue to grow over time!

and just before you said it, in the hammy stretch I asked myself, what If I let go of the tension in my hamstring? and felt it open up!

Hey Patrick. I've been doing your videos for a while, and while I like them. I feel like sometimes the poses and sequences can be repetitive. This video as well. I would feel more inclined to keep doing these videos if you would mix up the poses a bit more. Anyway, I really appreciate the content and love the challenge they bring! ❤

also, any yoga or movement heads here know what to do if your left hip clicks when you're going to the leg out in front to swinging it back into crouching warrior? only my left side clicks and it bothers me.
is their pain when the hip clicks? i would recommend doing hip cars and focussing on hip internal rotation to start, this could help with clearing up any potential discomfort!
