    I had a week break after my 200YTT training and this practice was such fun and challenging. Thanks Patrick for sharing this opportunity for me to laugh and stumble and surprise myself. Such an empowering day 1

    Did a 60 minute rocket flow just before this, really loved the intensity of this practice - it helped push my boundaries

    Love your classes. Used to do them on ALO and was glad to find them here. You have a gift of making it hard but also easy to follow the first time through. Will be repeating this series many times.

    Truly great journey. This session really builds strength and for me it was really though. I have an issue in my left shoulder for almost a year. My left shoulder had lost strength and these exercises really helped to fixed it and give balanced in shoulder strength

    Thank you for recording all these classes. It’s becoming my morning ritual to do a Patrick beach yoga Sesh. this one was a bit tough for me this morning. That’s a good thing.

    Loved this! The speed was perfect for me to really feel into the poses and not rush. Helped me stay calm through the effort and feel new things in the familiar postures. I'm about to be lured into the Commune. ;) LOL

    Great class. The dolphin holds were very interesting to say the least. Love how it helped to open the hips as well as build strength in the shoulders.

    this was the best practise I've done in ages, thank you! Was wondering if you had any tips for lengthening in dolphin, find it hard to keep the same level of extension as downward dog and rely on the forward friction of my forearms a lot. Also find my head wants to touch the ground like a headstand.

      You tried bending your knees and lifting your heels slightly so you can tip your pelvis more?

      happy to hear you had fun with this one! for dolphin pose remember to push the ground away with your forearms and lengthen the back body by playing with bending the knees or adjusting stance length. both are very beneficial to the structure.
