Truly great journey. This session really builds strength and for me it was really though. I have an issue in my left shoulder for almost a year. My left shoulder had lost strength and these exercises really helped to fixed it and give balanced in shoulder strength

Loved this! The speed was perfect for me to really feel into the poses and not rush. Helped me stay calm through the effort and feel new things in the familiar postures. I'm about to be lured into the Commune. ;) LOL

Glad i followed this nourishing workout that brings spaces for many things among them concentration returns to the moment when needed coordination and of course breathing and strength. Thank you so much 💓 Patrick.
this was the best practise I've done in ages, thank you! Was wondering if you had any tips for lengthening in dolphin, find it hard to keep the same level of extension as downward dog and rely on the forward friction of my forearms a lot. Also find my head wants to touch the ground like a headstand.
happy to hear you had fun with this one! for dolphin pose remember to push the ground away with your forearms and lengthen the back body by playing with bending the knees or adjusting stance length. both are very beneficial to the structure.

Great class. The dolphin holds were very interesting to say the least. Love how it helped to open the hips as well as build strength in the shoulders.
finding a balance helps us understand how it is all connected ✌🏻

You tried bending your knees and lifting your heels slightly so you can tip your pelvis more?
