Ather 450X Gen 2 ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങീട്ട് 10 മാസം ആയി. വളരേ മികച്ച ഇരു വാഹനം ആണ്. പക്ഷെ, എല്ലാ വാഹനങ്ങളും പോലെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ, അത് കേൾക്കാൻ കമ്പനി കൂട്ടാക്കുന്നില്ല. പുറകെ നടക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് മാസങ്ങൾ ആയി.
കൊച്ചിയിൽ തന്നെ 2000+ വണ്ടികൾ ആയി. ആകെ ഉള്ളത് 2 വർക്കിംഗ്‌ സ്റ്റേഷൻസ് ആണ്. ഒരു മാസം മുൻപ് സർവീസ് ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്താൽ, ഇന്ന് ഡേറ്റ് കിട്ടും. അത്യാവശ്യത്തിനു കൊണ്ട് പോയാൽ, പലരെയും വെറും കയ്യോടെ മടക്കി വിടും. Fast Charging ഉണ്ടെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് വിൽക്കുന്നു. കൊച്ചിയിൽ grids എന്നും കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ആണ്. ചോദിച്ചാൽ, എന്തേലും മുട്ടാപോക്ക് ന്യായം പറയും.
Tyre pressure ഒരു ദിവസം 6 PSI വരെ കുറയുന്നു. ചോദിച്ചാലോ..?? കേരളത്തിൽ മാത്രേ കുഴപ്പം ഉള്ളു..
ചെളി അടിക്കുന്നു.. ചോദിച്ചാലോ..?? അതും കേരളത്തിൽ മാത്രേ ഉള്ളു.
ഇതിപ്പോ, Atherഉം ലോക്കൽ ചൈനീസ് ബ്രാൻഡസുമായി വലിയ വ്യത്യാസം ഇല്ലാതായി..
Ather 450x as an EV its Good one. Gradability, Stability, Powerful, Decent Range.
But as per our experience the company focuses only on sales. Service part experience is bitter. Need too book prior one month for service. Still services get delayed due to lack of Bay & Technicians. Due to which customers are suffering.
Ather Grids available in cities, but no guarrantee in working. Its bcoz of improper maintenance, which Ather is least bothered.
Below issues are still Open:
Tyre Pressure Issue.
Mud Splashing Issue.
Grid Availability and Working.
OLA does not have any periodic service plans.
Ather need to get serviced on each 5k kms. Don't know why periodical service is required for EVs.
Gen3 issues:
Battery complaints.
Dashboard display issues.
OLA is improving in their performance where in Ather seems to be declining in their performance. - Авто та транспорт
Guys, this video is based on our experiences here in Kochi. Don't know about other districts or states. The service facilities here in kochi is pathetic. So are the Ather Grids. We have escalated it multiple times and nobody has addressed our issues. We are frustrated and wanted to protest. Atleast, we need a genuine response from Ather's side. That's it.
Complaints can happen to any vehicle whether it is ola or ather or something else. But, how the company deals with it is crucial. From what I have seen, ola is improving. Meanwhile, ather is going backwards.

Good video. Issues alkkarilekku ethanam. Kochiyil oru dealership along with service koodi varenda samayam kazhinju. The sales of ather in Kerala was beyond ather’s expectation. Let the sales figures come down, they will realise. Nowadays I don’t recommend others for ather.

Ola s1 eduthu. Local ottathil 80 um long il 105km around kittunnund. Really happy with everything except the little rattling sound from the front console. 3000 km ran in one and half month.

It is sad to see the irresponsibility of such an ambitious brand. I myself chose Ather over Ola for the reliability and Grid support. My use is limited to Bengaluru and I can confirm it has been really good except for pathetic the tyre pressure issue; found myself topping up air once in 2 days with mostly pillion rides.
I assumed since there are less Grids in EKM, maintenance would be better. Complete support to this sprint to justice. Ola is getting better and no doubt it will conquer the market soon with it's Air version.

Actually I'm Happy with 1200km so far, എനിക്ക് ഡെയിലി ജോലിക്ക് പോയി വരാൻ 56 km ഓട്ടമേ ഉള്ളു so range ഒരു issue ആയിട്ട് ഇതുവരെ തോന്നിയിയില്ല. Seat ഞാൻ additional cusion ഒക്കെ ഇട്ട് set ആക്കി. പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പൊ നിങ്ങടെ വീഡിയോ കാണുമ്പോ എന്തോ പോലെ.

Bro, you watch my videos about ather. I used to use the work "Reliability" more often. But, now there are new issues being reported on Gen 3 Ather 450X.
When was the last time you heard of a battery issue in ather after 2 weeks of usage ?? When was the last time you came across the vehicle not starting due to dashboard issues ?? 2-3 customers had their dashboards replaced after just a few weeks. This is something that hasn't been reported in gen 2. The thing is that, they increased the production. As a youtuber who does videos about ather, I come to know about these issues from my subscribers who are ather owners.

Ola.... Use ചെയ്യുന്നു. Complaint അല്ല പ്രശ്നം ... വണ്ടി നല്ലതു തന്നെ ... പക്ഷേ Service വളരെ വളരെ മോശം ..... Road side Assistance കിട്ടു മെന്ന് പറയും പക്ഷേ .... എനിക്ക് 10 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് കിട്ടിയത്.....പിന്നത്തെ കാര്യം അതിലും മോശം .... ശേഷം 20 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇതുവരെ Repair ചെയ്ത് കിട്ടിയില്ല. Service സെന്ററിൽ ഉണ്ട്. ഒരു communication ഇല്ല
