    Love it! PLEASE attempt mirrored Gold, Rose Gold, Copper, or Brass next. I have projects that would LOVE that.
    Never stop creating. Your Black paint has made it onto every distracting reflective surface in my eye-line (including the entire exterior of my work lamp).
    You have made the closest thing to a working ADHD cure.

    I have literally been looking for this paint for 21 years of my life , I'm a big terminator fan and this will give me the awesome chrome mirror finish on my terminator models . Thank you for being awesome :)

    Oh man, this has great potential for cosplay and such uses even in it's liquid form. You can use it to represent Mercury and other sci-fi metallic elements.

      I'm thinking to use it for LARP armour. Some HEMA manufacturers are starting to make polycarb armor plates for fencing that would be easily altered over.

      It might be difficult because it is a liquid. I figure maybe a drop or two would be the max before it starts messing with the curing process

    When I was little I put an old thermometer under hot water to see how hot it could get. Naturally it cracked open, but I was mesmerized by all the mercury that came out. When you were pouring Mirror into the lid, I instantly thought about that thermometer. You really have made something beautiful! I can't wait to order this!

      According to the video it applies 1μm so... apply 30 layers first?

      @@kekz0r yeah exactly, or at least, some kind of thick, smoothing undercoat that you polish first, then apply N+1 coats of this and polish that too.

    Just bought some. Hope it works as promised! I know that Black2.0 is the blackest, super matte available. So I'm looking forward to a reflective chrome finish. Note: ( I realize it must be used on the smoothest possible, sealed surface to effect a proper, chrome illusion)

      @@cody5495 as underwhelming as this, sorry, silver paint is, its quite certainly not a scam. i think they tried in a honest way and its not like they are a big company that produces thousands of these. also i doubt there is a 3$ paint out there like this.

    I'm wondering if you mixed this with a black acrylic would you be able to get a shiny black surface or would the black just dominate, canceling out the reflective qualities of the chrome?

      Really depends on what clear coat but it's VERY VERY durable so you wouldn't really need one it's tough!

    I would like to see this vs spazix chrome.
    Also how durable is it ? I find a lot of chromes flake off and aren’t durable. And if you try to put a clear coat over them they lose the effect and become jist greyosh silver.
    So have you guys figured out a way to stop that?
    Finally do you have to use it over a gloss black for best result?

    I bought an old Georgian style Dollhouse recently which has become my lockdown project, I have a made woman in the attic called Mrs Rochester, Ive made wall paper for it, and I am decorating it circa 18th century Georgian London I was thinking of gilding it but now I am going to paint the exterior in either the mirroriest mirror or the goldest gold I havent decided yet.

    btw, American grocery stores (Kroger, Wal-Mart, Meijer etc), even the pharmacy stores (Walgreens, CVS, etc) all sell the really LARGE JELLY BEANS you asked about in another video.
    I don't know if it's been answered yet, but... there it is. that's where I've seen them for sale. (cheap too)
    I'm hooked on Jelly Belly jelly beans, & that's the only kind I'll eat now.
    maybe after I buy one of your "sets", & the Blk 3.0, & mirror paint etc... I'll paint a bunch of large jelly beans and send you photos or a video.
    I only discovered you yesterday and I love your videos! I can't wait to be able to buy some of your paints now.

    I just love that you're creating all these new pigments and paints. I don't create much art these days, but every product you release makes me want to make something. Lit is my favourite so far. Will this mix with lit? If so, what's the result? (Please let it be glow in the dark metallic! )

    I would love to use this for cosplay armour! You should also make it in different colors, like gold, bronze, rose gold. And how would it mix or layer with a color shifting pigment or the lit pigment? Could you polish the dried paint for an even more reflective surface? What would putting a gloss or matte coat look like? O the possibilities!!!!!!!! P.S. love the cloud vortex to another dimension idea, so inventive lol.

    A bottle arrived yesterday, painted a cockle shell last night - no primer, straight onto the shell as I wanted to see how it coped. I think it worked really well. It kept the texture of the shell and gave it a realistic mirror finish. I can actually see my face in it!

    I'm going to try this on various plain alloy bolts on my motorcycle. I could buy replacement bolts in stainless steel or even chrome plated but if liquid mirror works it would save a lot of time, and money. I'm torn between using a base of black 2 topped with black 3 to provide a contrast to the chrome on the engine casings or using mirror chrome. I know I need a primer or black 2 if going the black 3 route. Do I need a primer if using mirror chrome or will it go straight on. Is it likely to be weather durable?

    It’s pretty good but I never found a good paint that really acts like a mirror but the best thing to do is chrome plate it if you got the right gear

    As it’s such a thin application, how dose it react with clear coat to improve wearability. I can’t see it being very durable by itself, oh good one, painting a jelly bean and it’s toxic, well thought out that, 🤦‍♂️😳🤣😂🤣
