Thank you so much I was looking for more exercises to do using my TRX these are brilliant I did the first 19 exercises today to get a feel for how they are so will continue with another set tomorrow then I’m gonna mix and match. I’m sure I’m going to ache tomorrow but I love body weight exercises. They are lot harder than they look anyone says their easy try these for an hour 😂 😅
