I came across your first video and it resonated with me a lot so i went to ur page to see an update and seen this video & would like to share a few things about my experience. I had a very similar story to yours but my skin was probably 10 times worse (cystic acne) and i just wanted to say it DOES get better. I ditched all the products (cleansers and such) and started to use just antibacterial soap and soft rag to wash my face and consistently used moisturizers to keep my skin from drying out. I started using a retinol every other day, started taking multivitamins and probiotics to help promote a healthy gut and started to exercise regularly and within a few months my skin was so much better. For the retinol i used the “sandwich method” suggested by dermatologists which is cleaning ur face applying ur moisturizer while ur face is still damp then when it dries apply the retinol then when that dried apply ur moisturizer again…. PS im a guy that doesn’t comment regularly on these kind of videos so if this is long winded i apologize but once again ur video resonated with me a lot and i wanted to share some tips that helped my skin and hopefully helps u! I hope things get better for u i really do, keep being u ❤

Thank you so much for the tips! I recently got probiotics and vitamins but haven’t been very consistent with them at all. That’s something I need to work on and see how much those help. Thank you for watching! ❤️

Do a total food intolerance test. I am not kidding. It will help a lot. Glad you found out that Peanut was part of the problem.

F... acne. Happy to see that yours is improving. Tried Salicylic Acid, now doing Benzoyl Peroxide. Hasn't worked yet, I hope your journey will continue on the path you are on now.

@@ChiChi-ul9beyes it is. It helped with my acne but my blood pressure really went down. I faced dizziness due to low pressure, so I'm not taking it anymore. Please don't use

I tried everything, I had a buddy who's mom worked at a dermatologist, I tried everything.. you know what worked for me oddly enough .. first head to tow baby shampoo, make a foam in your hands with cooler than warm water, blot the foam on your face, then count to ten.... then rinse with cool water, rememberhot watereven sometimeswarm water activats breakouts, then you won'tbelieveit but. milk mask., regular milk, used a sent less baby wipe or soft rag and put cold milk on your acne, it feels pretty good too, then after it dries used colder than warm water , blot dry, or, while your skin is wet with the cooler than warm water put Cetaphil lotion on your wet face, rinse with cool water then blot dry. Always remember that whatever moisture you take out of your skin your skin will replenish it no matter what, also if you could quit wearing makeup for three months you'd never wear it again, well at least not often, I stopped wearing makeup and did what I told you above and yeah, if I wear makeup now I feel clostraphobic

It's tretinoin (Tre-tin-noin). Why do people keep mispronouncing it? 😂
