- In this episode of this series, our team will be installing this entire powertrain back together and head over to the dyno to see some real results. We started off with installing our clutch system and the transmission. Then reinstalling the entire powertrain back in our vehicle. Followed with our break-in procedures for our newly assembled engine and clutch. Finally head over to the dyno with some surprising results.

Damn, nice built old Honda B series engine with turbo at 564hp/410 torque and it sounds awesome! Cant wait to see next video for DYNO test with good fuel system to make 650hp as goal! 😁👍

We mad 464 on my sons single cam at 20psi we put 2200 cc natural gas injectors in it we could have made more but the turbo was a cheap one and it maxed out at 23psi

With a 1000 miles on the clutch you said the excess grease made the Kevlar chip… was the clutch slipping as well due to the grease? Like at high rpm’s?
No never had any issues with it just noticed when we removed it that it had some chipping on the pads and I sent it in to Comp and they inspected the pressure are and clutch and told me that the reason it was like that was the grease fling onto it and caused it to get weak and chip off so they ended up selling me a new disc at a discounted rate which was fair

What is done to the inside of the transmission? With this power goal it's possible to get caries on the gears.

It was custom made
First time use 20w50 oil & after this shell ? Grade?
First use was fro break in 20/50 VR1 which has higher zinc content than I ran the car around and flushed it with fresh oil did that a few times than my final oil im using 40w valvoline VR1 I change the oil often especially after I’ve been running it hard and the e85 tends to contaminate the oil quicker than pump gas
