I like that you pay attention when you’re reading, whereas I often forget who such-and-such is within the same chapter 😆 I often need a bit of slow pace and extra detail to reinforce who characters are, before they waft away in my head. Quite often I’ll be reading, thinking to myself, “I don’t recall who you are, but hopefully I’ll pick it up again via context.” This probably doesn’t reflect well upon me 🤭
