I’m an American and found this show on Disney plus and I love it!!! The cars you get in the UK are beautiful and I love that those selected for the car sos treatment are far more than deserving of the honor!
Greetings from Greece. I discovered your series just last year and I have watched every season since then. This is by far the best car series there is, because its more than restoring or testing a car like all the other series do out there, just for profit or viewers. Its about offering people in need a life boost and that is priceless. You guys are truly making wonders and offer joy to deserving people. Hat off to Tim, Fuzz and all the other people who work to make this possible. You are legends. Keep up the good work and upload more uncut episodes. Cant wait for next season.
Hi there, cheers from Portugal! I know it's been a while since this last update here, but I'm watching on tv right now (10 am) and I really eant to know all the names of all the mechanics envolved in the shop work Many thanks inadvance, looking forward to watch more and more 🧘🏻
I have a 53 year old 2.6 l. version in a 30' motor/sailor. I change the oil and filters every fall whether they need it or not, Just before haulout in the fall. The St Lawrence river where I live gets hard (freezes) in winter. In all the years I have had it I have only had to rebuild the coolant circulating pump. I get my parts at the local friendly tractor servicing garage.
Which engine is it,Steve? Is it a Perkins indirect injection? Perhaps a 4:109? I have heard others saying the early indirect engines were a sod to start in really cold weather. No such problems with the later direct injection Perkins range such as the 3:152 and 4:236/4:248 etc. They were really good to start under any conditions.
Sir Edmund Hillary drove one of these to the South Pole (well actually it was a 35, fitted with tracks.) I spent hundreds of hours as a boy on my father's farm driving one, as well as a Fordson Dexter. Our post-war agriculture absolutely depended on these things. My Dad is now 86, and he still owns his 35!
Ted’s also varied in compression to the standard petrol engine to allow for the difference in fuel. You can generally rebuild them in the tractor but with a crooked hat like that I’m sure you’re aware of that.
Would the fact that it is a diesel suggest that the bores would keep in better condition? Petrol engines especially when on choke would cause oil to be removed from the bores whereas on a diesel that won't happen. Mind you that rocker box and tappets etc.looked like oil changes had rarely happened.
Well well well ! Who would have thought , Fuzz gets into a Fergie tractor ...... Excellent ! Well done Fuzz , if you think that engine is dirty , I need to get a photo of the Fergie petrol / TVO when I took the cylinder head off ........ Ha ha ....... not good , but kept at it , it is up and running now ...... Hooray !
Hello Tim and Fuzz we really like your show and always watch it and you. We have a Russian car Lada Kalina 2, it is 8 years old, but it needs repair and bodywork, too, but the time and money for this is not enough, my husband is always at work, but still the money goes to the family and the child. My husband's first car, but he doesn't want to sell it. Should we dream that you will come to us?

Love watching car SOS. That 4cylinder engine could be a sod to start when they were cold

Fuzz please build a small table/bench for the engine so you're not working on your knees. :-) Keep up the great work.

Are there any more workshop uncut videos coming up? Love the show!
is there a chance we could see more tractor videos? lots of old tractor owners around the world.
Restoring MF 135 would be perfect!

No it was a Ferguson 20 he used. It was painted red and called sue.
The 35 wasn’t even released when he went to the south pole
