Hey Rob, great video love them all, I had both my knees done s few years apart. It is going to hurt like hell for about 6 months maybe less, DO NOT let the scar tissue win. Bend the knee till you cry, stretch that sucker till you get back to full range of motion. I am back in the water now better than ever enjoying foiling.

In the same case. Have the sky free 5'3 (rider 70kg) and want to pick up a skybrid. Hesitate between the 5'8 and the 5'6. I guess the 5.8 is the one though never tested them. Thanks for the great video

Hi Rob and Joe, great video and I am glad to hear that wing foiling is possible with a new knee. However ,I read that most people can't sit on their knees after having a their knees done. Hence, no wing foiling. How does that work for you guys?
