    🤗 Take The Female Orgasm Survey: www.surveymonkey.com/r/6BJWNTX
    How many ways can a female orgasm? Are there different types of female orgasm? How many types of female orgasms are there?
    I am SO excited to share this requested video attempting to answer these questions. At first, I assumed I’d be answering with some sort of list and then reviewing the different examples… but I was so wrong.
    After everything I’ve learned, it is my firm belief that the answer to the question, “how many different types of female orgasms are there?” is infinity… and it is my intention to demonstrate why in today’s video.

      Thank you so, so much! I've been working hard on improving my visuals, so you noticing really means a lot! And I can't get enough of this topic either... but at the same time, after a while, thinking about the infinity that lives inside each of us starts to make my head spin... kind of like thinking about space for too long, if that makes sense!

      @@PelvicEmpowerment you're very welcome! and yes that totally makes sense :D
      a question to another topic: in your morning routine video from a few months ago you mentioned that you incorporate the wim hof method into your routine, and i'd be interested to know if you still do it, and what effects you have experienced? i just started the breathing technique yesterday and felt amazing :)

    • @PelvicEmpowerment
      @PelvicEmpowerment  3 роки тому +5

      @@kendra7692 Yes, Wim Hof! I'm a big fan of his method! The high from the breathing technique is really lovely, isn't it? I kept up with the breathing and cold showers together (I was already doing my mindfulness stuff daily before implementing his method) for about 2 months, and then slowly stopped practicing the daily breath work, as I do feel I am getting good meditation time in during my walks and I feel I'm getting lots of good oxygen to my nerve with everything else I'm doing, and it's time consuming on top of my other daily healing routines. However, I am LOVING the cold showers. I do them every day (well, every time I take a shower, so almost every day), and I've worked up to 2 minutes with relative ease! I look forward to them, crave them almost, nowadays. It's hard to know if the cold showers are making a distinct difference or if I'd be experiencing the continued improvements that I am considering the other things I'm doing, but it feels to me that the cold showers are contributing. It's almost like this daily reminder that my body is very strong, that my mind is very strong, and that together we're much stronger than I realize. It still zaps me into the present moment and guarantees, for at least 2 minutes a day, that I'll be no where else but here now, and that helps me too. I see myself continuing the cold showers long after my nerve fully heals... and maybe implementing the breath work with my yoga practice or with climbing when I get back into those freely. I'm excited for you to start implementing his technique regularly, and I'd be curious as to whether or not you feel it helps you!

      @@PelvicEmpowerment wow, 2 minute cold showers!! i've been having trouble letting the cold water touch my upper body at all, after spraying my legs and feet i can't take it anymore and just stop there. it's my goal to reach 30 seconds and spray my upper body at all! but all in due time😌

    I once licked a sensitive nipple and I noticed that the woman didn't shiver even though she had sensitive nipples and enjoyed it very much. So I licked lighter and lighter so she went higher and higher into pleasure until she finally orgasmed.
    I constructed the theory that shivers are kinda like feel's reset button, that without shivers we would go heads over heals with stimuli - Kinda like sleep partly resets our brains' storages, so that we don't go insane by hyper stimuli.

    • @PelvicEmpowerment
      @PelvicEmpowerment  3 роки тому +1

      Ooooo... I like this hypothesis! You know what's interesting and I think might parallel? Animals shiver/shake in response to hyper stimuli (not pleasure, necessarily, but anxiety/fear!). Dogs will do it sometimes, they'll "shake it off," and that's been studied and proven to have a physiological effect! I think you're on to something...

      I think that your presentation was remarkably clear and that the graphics were invaluable in expressing your ideas. I am not a medical professional, but I am a clinical psychologists trained in body based trauma, so I do have some familiarity with anatomy and physiology. I am also a yoga teacher with an interest in Tantra, so your work on the pelvic floor and sexual arousal are invaluable. I also want to add that the lightness of your tone, your personal presentation, and your infectious enthusiasm all make your videos extremely engaging.
