The second girls that were stealing was definitely both of them in on it. I can't believe they let the other girl go. It just so happens that her card quit working right in the middle of a theft? I don't think so. She was gonna tell the cashier that her card wasn't working so she was gonna have to go get her friends card and then they would both dip out. The 1st case is one of my biggest fears. I’m a 20 year old man that works at a craft store that has 1 customer bathroom. due to shoplifters and vandals the customers need to ask a employee to unlock it, every now and then a kid will ask and I’ll unlock it but I’m always worried that someone will think I’m trying to lure a kid there to do fucked up shit, and there’s no cameras facing that area so it’d be my word vs theirs
Fr it was terrifying I’m a 17 year old girl who’s works at a grocery store. And my biggest fear is that to happen to one of my coworkers/shoppers. And it happened about,
2 Times at my work. One in 2018 - 2021 it’s was the scariest time at my work bc one time it was me. And it was the biggest hours of my life I’ve been there, I was there for about 5 hours!

When I was a teen working at the public library in my small town in California.
We also had a locked bathroom that an employee had to unlock to let customers in.
We always made sure a parent had to accompany a child if they needed to use the restroom. If the parent wasn't available. The manager or any of the supervisors would unlock the door for them. None of the other employees were allowed to do so unless it was an adult.

I walked in on him doing it with a freshmen (he’s a junior) and I told someone but since his mom works for the board he got out no problem.
