This video talks about the basics of corneal topography and tomography. corneal topography is the study of the surface characteristics of the cornea. corneal tomography is the detailed study of a multiple cross sections through the cornea. the video explains the evolution of technology of the corneal topography and tomography; i.e., Placido disc technology, scanning slit technology and scheimpflug technology . the video describes the technology of Orbscan, pentacam, Galilei, and sirius.
