@@sayhammamoon9760I was first diagnosed two years ago. My eyes are quite affected. I got my C3R done last week. My LE Corneal thickness is 459 and RE 489. The doctor will prescribe me new RGP lenses after a month. But they hurt me a lot(I have been wearing it for a year now). So I was thinking of ICL as a only solution that I can consider after 6 months.

My father is suffering from Keratokonus, While serving in Afghanistan he injured his eyes and after than gradually he had eye problems. for now he has 40% vision left in eye, and almost 0% in his right eye, and we were offered morbid solutions by our doctors such as impacted eye removal. Our question is, does your clinic treat or perform anything to repair or fix keratokonus, and is it even treatable at this stage or not?. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Doctor , I have suffering Overlapping of lights or expanding of light towards right in my right eye from 1 years and I went to Optometrist And She checked my vision and my expanding image was not reduced with rotating the axis .She told me that It could be symptoms of keratoconus but she said there is no visible cornea thinning and She said to follow up after 6 months She said you should do surgery if keratoconus is progressive ..Does waiting for 6 months does not affect my vision and difficulty in surgery?

Sir please very urgent, I had taken C3R treatment in my right eye from one of the renowned hospital in Delhi but i feel my surgery was not proper because just after my therapy my vision was decreased and I am facing some issues with my vision. They also provided me contact lens but it is very hard for me to wear them. Now I want to know that after C3R, are cornial transplant or intacts possible for betterment of my eye vision. sir mera chasme ka power lagatar badh raha hai , i have myopia and i can't see edges of object,my eye doctor are not capable to find any cause what should i have to do my age is 22 now my left power is -1.75 and right power is -1.25 . Thank you very much sir...my sister is suffering from this but ...last year she had c3r process.... but the doctor advised us to take pentacam test yearly and vision tests quarterly. But in few days ... she has eye swelling.. after checking up doctor declared keratitis.
Is it because of c3r?
And how she recovere from keratitis?
It is caused mainly by a bacterial infection. Not necessarily by C3R.
keratitis can be treated with medicines. If she's using any contact she should them until it's get treated completely.

@Ghatak Hun mai Thank you so much...Actually I'm college going student and was diagnosed with keratoconus a few days back. My doctor advised that we would wait for 4 months and observe....if there is progression would do C3R....I use spectacles and my vision is pretty good at present....know that C3R is only thing but still I feel anxious about it and wearing contact lenses.I never used contact lenses and dono if I had to use them in future....Just hoping it wouldn't progress although anything can happen and thank you for the info

I have this keratoconus and I had done cross-linking after that I was suggested to wear RGB contact lenses but after wearing it few hours later its become dry and I cant see any think clearly it seems fogy even removing my lenses. So I am not able to use it long. I also have dust allergy and eyes itching. Sir please help me I want to improve my vision. What can I do now?
