The dog looks suspiciously clean and fluffy 😊
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I've been searching for butcherblock and directions to do exactly this. You provided exactly what I have been searching for.
so glad I could help!
Thanks for this great video! Moving my laundry room upstairs due to lower back injury, this is just what I need, thanks again!!!
Love this and the fact that we have the same W/D set made it even easier for me...Making over my laundry room and going to use your video since the dimensions are going to be the same.. I may have HD do my cuts though...and paint the block white (BM OC-151). I am not going to bother with the box for my cords since I am not worried about hiding the cords.. Shout out to your furry dog model...
love that!
I love the dog supervising.
Very well done Kate. 😁💛👍👏
My initial idea is a cleat on the wall, then 1/2 inch iron pipe with flanges as legs. But I have a utility sink that is lower than washer and dryer. You got me thinking now, to put the waterfall piece between washer and sink, then connect the piece around sink to that. And thank you for the realization I can cut the block into pieces then connect together as needed. I was going to create a LOT of waste cutting out for sink and such.
Thanks for watching, so glad it was helpful!
God bless handy dads! This came out so good
thank you so much!
Great job, I will do the bread box on mine too😊
Love it-thank you!
This is everything!! 😍 Thanks for sharing!
so glad you enjoyed! thanks so much for watching!
That looks very nice 😊 I would also add some cane doors, so you can’t see the machines at all. And it fits to you lovely pantry door you made 💛☺️
Such a great idea! Thanks for watching!
Hello, Iam a new follower in your channel, I like what you did, keep going 👏👏
About to do a similar project: New Zealand has a thing for ‘laundry tubs’ (sink with taps/ connections and drainage for the washer).
It’s in our entrance lobby/ laundry. 1800 mm wide, so on the left I’ve planned to replace it with a single flat pack 600mm cupboard, hiding the water inlet and drainage. Washer in the middle and a heat pump dryer on the right, self draining.
The top is a dark wood: Acacia ‘butchers block’.
Why? Because we had all wet areas (kitchen, bathrooms and laundry) redone in vinyl. The laundry floor was damaged by a water leak.
Great video thanks. Looks great.
It’s going to be oil sealed.
I love it
thank you!
Boa noite td bem Obrigado pela dica eu sou Paulo frigeri de São Paulo - Brasil 1 abraço e boa semana.
You did not seal the butcher block?
Looks great. Did you apply any stain to the butcher block?
we didn't end up staining it because I love the look of the natural wood, but if we were gonna use this for food prep I would definitely seal it because water does stain the plain wood!
What is your opinion of the LG washer and dryer. Looking at purchasing LG as well.
We have a Beko washer and will get the matching dryer
we've really liked them so far!
Do you fold your clothes on the table? Or is it too high?
Yes we do! The table is only about 40 inches high, so it's actually just a few inches higher than a kitchen counter and works great for folding.
