FYI for anyone thinking of implementing these ideas, there is a space requirement needed around those machines to allow for venting, maintenance, and movement of the machine. Be mindful most of these ideas violate those requirements
They're all pretty much the same thing - built-ins/cabinets and only for front loaders. What about top loaders and people who rent? Not everyone owns a home, which they can alter. My washing machine is in my kitchen with no laundry sink and has to drain in the kitchen sink. I created a lovely little cafe nook on one side of the kitchen and the washing machine is spoiling it. I was hoping for some kind of cover-up that didn't involve built-ins or cabinetry. I'd like a low divider screen to wrap around it, but they're very hard to find. Atm using a tablecloth. Not much good.

How about top loader washing machines?
Literally, every option provided (with the exception of the 1 under the stairs) includes a closet/ cabinet with a door(s) of some type. Not everyone has the option or space to do that, not to mention the very good point someone else pointed out in their comment about ventilation and safety. I thought this was going to be one of those "life hacks or DIY" videos, which typically are very helpful, as many times they provide content and ideas that require thinking outside of the box and work great. This unfortunately was not 1 of those videos. Although I appreciate the time it took for you to create your video and share your ideas, it wasn't of much help...

i put a 16” board across the back of my tub and put the portable washer/spinner on top. i also bought a handheld shower head to add water. that way not only is it convenient, it’s also hidden.
Most if not all front loaders suck btw. You are better off buying a small commercial top load washer like a speed queen or older Amana. So none of these were helpful at all
